Anyone thinking of switching broadband, AVOID @NOWTV and @SkyUK. My parents switched on the 19th December, since then their number doesn't accept calls. I've called nowtv most days since, spent hours on the phone. They closed a complaint with no action and it still doesn't work.

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV
