    @NOWTV I’m on my second remote which has also decided to stop working. Speaking to a Webchat agent who is telling me I need to buy a new remote!! I’ve only had Now tv since June and now I’m left with a tv that doesn’t work!!!! What am I supposed to do now!?

Let’s see I’ve mostly been watching Chinese fantasy on Netflix recently (aka word of honour, the untamed), but also enjoyed French heist show Lupin, and nowtv’s supernatural comedy Wellington Paranormal which is what we do in the shadows vibes

    @NOWHelpTeam I have read your help pages and none of it justifies adverts on streaming, it just states the ridiculous charges you have put in place to remove adverts ... just profiteering on your part, bad show @NOWTV

    @NOWHelpTeam All three of my NowTv boxes keep saying I am not connected to wifi. I have to restart boxes and then they connect fine. Problem is I need to do this every time I want to watch.

    @itvhub your app will always crash at some point during advert breaks usually from the 2nd advert break onwards on the Nowtv stick and returns to the homepage where you have to find programme again and rewatch the same adverts. Any advice how to fix this?

    Why would I carry on paying OTT for this awful Sky Broadband & NOWTV Sky Sports when the quality keeps dropping like this … 🙄 @SkyUK
