    @NOWTV Dear Sir / Madam, I am trying to cancel my Now TV season pass, but my email address isn’t being recognised and therefore can not log on to cancel, or reset password. Could you please help / advise ? Many thanks.

    @lyncey_gilbe @skytv They have a special Bereavement team who was amazing and when my dad died mum had same problem .. they sorted it all out and within her price budget - if not cancel and use nowtv and you can just say can’t afford PAYG and they offer you like £1.99 a month for basically £19.99 sky

    @NOWTV got a day sports pass. Starting streaming at 20.30 last night.went to start again at 13.45 had to buy a new membership? Furious? Can u help? Lee

    @NOWTV Please fix subtitles on Season 1 Episode 3 of #ThePitt! They are completely out of sync with what is happening so the episode can’t be enjoyed by Deaf and Hard of Hearing members. I’m not going to continue paying for an entertainment pass I cannot use. #deafaccess

    @NOWTV do you know your subtitles are ALWAYS out of synch with the movie? The subtitles are always 2 minutes ahead of what's happening on screen. It's very annoying! I think it's because you add adverts before the movie? That screws up the timing. FIX IT PLEASE.

    @NOWTV no update on the audio description issue you are having on multiple programmes? It's an expensive subscription and havnt been able to watch anything for 3 days
