A lot of the Internet is down, from the McDonald's App, to NowTV, to Fortnite Issue is currently unknown. Likely an issue with the infrastructure of one of the underlying companies that "maintain" the Internet (for lack of a better word)

@charlesmj TalkTalk have absolutely awful customer service in my experience. Haven't had any major issues with NowTV in two years but router strength isn't amazing.

@NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"

@HSBC_UK I could, but my issue was with NOWTV, not HSBC, so I’m not sure how you can help! My comment related to NOWTV’s infamous “customer service” - HSBC blameless here. Thanks anyway.👍🏼
