The NowTV Apple TV app is one of the worst designed apps I’ve had the displeasure of using on the Apple TV. The irony is it used to be good and they decided to overhaul it and remove practically every useful feature! @NOWHelpTeam

@bt_uk tried live chat. Told having multiple devices connected will affect speed. Not been an issue before. Can’t watch NowTV either which we pay additionally for. BT speed test gave is a higher reading than Speedtest app. Something fishy going on there. Who can actually help us?

help my nowtv remote app on my phone wasn’t working and i’ve just realised it’s because i was connected to the wrong box for 30 minutes....FOR 30 MINUTES SOMEONE ELSE HAS HAD THEIR NOWTV DOING **** THEY WERENT CONTROLLING😭😭😭😭
