@NOWTV FYI unable to buy a pass using Firefox “we’re having trouble displaying passes” absolutely fine on Chrome so panic averted for the football today! Firefox it would seem the page thinks I already have an existing pass but I do not.

@agnesfrim Oh it’s almost impossible. Have considered resubscribing a few times and have always been decided against it because of how god awful it is. NowTV by contrast - very easy to subscribe and unsubscribe and have done both multiple times!

@rchrae @NOWTV I have been having similar issues with app on Apple TV 4K, I’ve got entertainment and sports, works about 50% of the time. Trying to watch PL this afternoon, just get “error in player”, done all the normal restarted, wifi on/off, deleting app bollocks, no change.

@nowtvhelp I previously messaged in December regarding our internet and TV being cut off in error. 2 months later we are finally reconnected but I am awaiting a response to my complaint letter. We are owed over £350 in total from @NOWTV and have been treated appallingly.
