@legendkiller2k8 @LizMorganTaylor @skytv I have no problem with theme I or nowtv . I also have virgin mobile as well as tv broodband and home phone . You do realise sky is owed by come cast a USA company no longer by Murdoch they all seem to get on a lot better since he was brought out . Sky only thought is 1/2

@NOWTV I appreciate the connection issue is with open reach a d they are struggling to get a connection, however I’m choosing you as a company and expect a certain level of customer service! I asked to speak to a manager and was told “no! Due to the pandemic we don’t share headsets”

@NOWTV I can't access my account through any platform, it just says "Unexpected error" or "There was a problem signing you in". I've tried the Live Chat but it keeps timing out. I'm being charged monthly for entertainment passes I cannot use!
