@legendkiller2k8 @LizMorganTaylor @skytv I have no problem with theme I or nowtv . I also have virgin mobile as well as tv broodband and home phone . You do realise sky is owed by come cast a USA company no longer by Murdoch they all seem to get on a lot better since he was brought out . Sky only thought is 1/2

@nowtvhelp @NOWTV #NowTV Why can you not respond to emails or deal with issue despite repeated assurances. 25 days since first raising issue. Unbelievable poor service and failed promises.

Hi @NOWTV @nowtvhelp having real issues with subtitles disappearing during films/tv. Really not good for accessibility, seems like a bug that needs fixing!!

@G33K_D4D @NOWTV it seems to be a issue initialising stream quality, if you move the popup out of the way, the stream quality eventually establishes itself and you can watch the relevant channel. Still not good enough for the money NowTV demand for their sub standard service

@nowtvhelp really disappointed with the service from NowTV. No broadband since Weds. Numerous phone calls without a resolution. Having to put myself and others at risk as I can’t work from home and the kids can’t access the fantastic online provision school have put in place.
