    Seriously fed up of @NOWTV i can't log in on any device or any browser. Constantly saying try later?! Try to get help, nobody to talk to sends me round in circles!

    And before anyone from NowTV says "check your connection", its not the 1gb internet line, its literally your **** service. I wouldn't get a nowtv page saying "our technicians are looking in to the issue" on screen, if it was my internet...

    @NOWTV why is it that I cannot speak to anyone in customer service. I cannot consume any service I pay for and all I get told through chat is someone will contact me "soon", no idea when soon will be and nobody can tell me. This is awful customer service

    @NOWTV why does everything I watch on your app now include audio description with no option to turn it off? Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.
