@CybillLiberty Wow Presents Plus - it's like 4-5 quid a month and you get all the international franchises too so it's worth it - we also share the login with our friends in exchange for their NowTV login so it's been a good trade.

@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

@amazon I have to say that as a regular prime subscriber I am not happy with the quality playback of your video service. It's not our devices/cables or the internet as Netflix/Disney/nowtv/YouTube work fine. Please fix your service for streaming.

@AmazonHelp It's an FTTp connection. And network hardware capable of delivering ten times that speed. It's not the HDMI cable as Netflix/Disney + /nowtv and YouTube stream with no issues. Nothing was downloading at the time

@PartyFreckle I dont know what D means but paying for a service should mean there aren't ads but so many have you pay for the service and give ads and bad quality but you can "boost" with more pay looking at you nowtv

My @NOWTV player isn't working on my laptop. Googled it and apparently lots of people are having this issue and Now TV is doing nothing about it. Such poor customer service. Sad.

@gavinmuellerphd @Greene_DM HBO is interesting because their model is more "classic" and oriented around IP rights in global markets. We get it through Sky's "NowTV", quite possibly the worst streaming software i've ever used

Woke up still laughing that my husband instantly knew what I meant by "finger swishy thing not working" re my old laptop. Why the hell can't so many things not bloody work on Chromebook...eg NowTV

Can we all just agree that among the plethora of streaming platforms for us to fix our eyeballs on, @NOWTV is patently the worst? They interrupt your viewing with ads, don’t let you stream on more than one device — and charge for the privilege. Without HBO they’d be nothing.
