I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

It suggests that a high volume of customers are impacted, so please do the right thing, explain & resolve the problem then refund!

It took AGES for RAISED BY WOLVES to appear on Sky/NowTV. Films aren't a guarantee either. We could be waiting months before ZSJL turns up. Hopefully the dedicated HBOMax channel NowTV Help told me about will come through.
