@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

@NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

You wait patiently all season for the big Luton Watford game, you settle down ready to watch, and then @NOWTV is unable to get the stream to work. "We're aware of this issue" are you aware 25mins of the game has already gone?!

I really wish streaming services had the option to just have subtitles on all the time. NowTv is the worst for this by far and doesn't consistently keep them on from one episode to the next - even when watching them back to back.

@terrierdaveuk @emseditorial Thing that makes me laugh Dave is that I’m on fast fibre broadband and the picture quality on Amazon is very flakey, shouldn’t be getting artefacting and pauses. I don’t with nowtv or BT sport. Might as well watch on Kodi.

@NOWHelpTeam Not sure what you mean. The mobile data on my phone is linked to another network? My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

My broadband has gone *even shitter* in the las week or so, constantly cutting out and I'm like ah won't last too long. Wake up this morning, all connected, switch on the pc and bam, bye-bye internet light on the router 🙃. NOWTV "there isn't any issues" hm is there not? 🙃🙃

@4Viewers @BarneySpaniel I am also regularly getting the ALL4-150 error. Watching on NowTV box, which I have restarted and updated several times to no avail. Maybe coincidence, but this seemed to start around the time we had full fibre installed to the house, in August.

Is #Nowtv broadband the worst broadband provider ever? I can’t seem to get them to investigate the fact the broadband connection keeps dropping. They constantly want me to make changes to the router Wi-Fi … even thou we don’t use the Wi-Fi on the router… we have a mesh!
