@nowtvhelp Hi there! Usually enjoy my Nowtv via Windows laptop connected to my Samsung 8k telly via HDMI cable. Recently tried Inakustik 4k HDMI splitter to watch on two tv (living and bedroom). Suddenly picture started to blink on one of the two tvs. Any suggestions how to fix?

The @NOWTV stick is the absolute worst piece of **** I have ever owned, in less than a year I've had to have it replaced and have to fully factory reset it at least twice a day just to be able to watch TV for a couple of hours. Every other device in the house is fine???

@NOWTV No, I’ve literally spent the last 2 days on the phone trying to sort this out and getting nowhere. I’ve lodged a complaint and have been told it may take as long to deal with that as it will to get an update on the issue. I’m waiting for an email or call from yourselves.
