@nowtvhelp Pay for SKY direct. I have never seen such shambolic set up as @NOWTV Staff excluded they were helpful. Technically its absolute dung. Avoid it. Pay for sky. Bought a day pass on 20/12. Didn't work. Was told apply for a refund. Didn't work. 1/2

Just went to sign in to NowTV to watch Man Utd against Villa. All fees paid, so no problem there. Can't watch now, because we moved to France and today, they can't broadcast into the EU. This is just football. What next?

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV
