doodle (@doodlemcr) reported@NOWHelpTeam Hi, my NowTV stream isn’t playing any of the sports channels. They try to load and then error after about a minute. Been like that for around 48 hours but worked previously. Tried to reinstall the app on my TV, but that hasn’t fixed it.

Alex Morris (@alexemorris) reported@SkyUK It is but NOWTV isn’t anywhere near the level of sky with regards to investment, UX, channel selection and video/audio quality. Sky Glass looks to be the full sky experience via IP, which is awesome, I just wish I could use it on my Sony OLED.

Mr Tony (@Tony__Danger) reported@SkyHelpTeam It is. Unfortunately a lot of services (Including NowTV) advertise that they have subtitles, but it's not actually on the live TV, so it makes it totally unusable for people with hearing issues.

Nic Burkinshaw (@nicbkw) reported@NOWHelpTeam @ROKU - I am in the UK, cannot find #NowTV app on my new ROKU Premiere. Prime Video & Netflix work. I have tried factory reset 4 times, Chrome and Firefox via both of my broadband providers. ROKU apps look US-biased. Help!
