@NOWTV your service is terrible I can't use it now until January because you say I have reached a device limit when I only watch on my living room and bedroom TV. I want to cancel, it's shocking. Also you make it impossible to connect to your staff

finally caved and got @NOWTV which has much better content than Netflix or Prime, but WHY is the streaming quality/player so rubbish.

@NOWTV The box is just plugged into the back of the tv. It’s a usb stick. It has now decided to work so I cannot send you a picture of the error message, which frequently says “NowTV is currently unavailable”

@NOWTV After clicking on 'start 7 day trial' you have instantly charged me £11.99, when I try to contact you it says you don't recognise my account details and your live chat is a robot. How are you going to address this issue?

@nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕
