Never had customer services like it, my @NOWTV stick remote has broken and I'm told I have to go back to the shop I got it from over 2 years ago and ask for a replacement remote. Pay for for 3 passes a month and cant even send a replacement

@NOWTV I recently noticed that I'm getting charged more for this, and any time I try and go into my services, it tells me there's an error. I would like to know why I'm getting charged like a tenner more than I should be. :)

@goth_chick33 @BBCiPlayer Same here. On NowTV box. HUGE subtitles with black background. It looks awful. Why make it look so bad @BBCiPlayer? At least give us some settings!

My @NOWTV experience since joining has been awful. On my 1st day, I called to see if they could install sooner. They couldn't. They text me later to delay it by 3 days actually...

@TiMrozek @NOWTV Oh, the cost of replacing it isn't the issue: we have to hire a removal company to take it away because none of us can lift it without risking injury! So ... after the pandemic ...
