@NOWHelpTeam hi I need nowtv's email address as they keep sending emails with no reply address & no customer issue number. @SkyNewsBiz needs to rename Now to NowTv . And stop staff from replying with ' I'm sorry you feel like that or that way ' etc. Retrain your staff.

@NOWHelpTeam can someone DM about setting up our WiFi? It was ordered last week and arriving tomorrow but the go live date is the 3rd May which is ridiculous given past tenants used NowTV too. We need WiFi to work and your delays are affecting this

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

@Michaelrossi81 @btsport I had a whole thing of having to make sure I’d downloaded the BTSport app onto Now then go on my phone to buy the fight then re-login to the app on Now. Changed to a Firestick (with the NowTV app and BTSport app) and it was actually much easier
