Hi @NOWTV @nowtvhelp having real issues with subtitles disappearing during films/tv. Really not good for accessibility, seems like a bug that needs fixing!!

@nowtvhelp really disappointed with the service from NowTV. No broadband since Weds. Numerous phone calls without a resolution. Having to put myself and others at risk as I can’t work from home and the kids can’t access the fantastic online provision school have put in place.

@NOWTV windows 10 app keeps crashing, get a pop up saying Something is wrong. This app will now quit. Which as error messages go is somewhat south of useful. can you fix it please? £35 a month to not be able to watch TV is a bit crap
