I was so wrong about Peacock not coming to the UK - still trying to work out how it plans to coexist as a distinct product with Sky. Most of the launch content is already streaming via #skyq and #nowtv

@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

I got nowtv to watch the last of us and wow, the video resolution/quality is TERRIBLE on a mac. I can't see any option to change it, either :/

Anyone else using the NowTV app on their Smart TV and finding the sound quality to be shocking? Some bits really loud, others barely audible. Even with a sound bar.

@NOW bug report.. its been around for ages... nowtv app on roku picks wrong resolution and you have to quit to fix, if link to TV is interrupted- e.g. switching amp on/off. All other players cope with this, please fix! Thx
