@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@thejayfaulkner Had Virgin for years, never had a problem. Streams really fast. I ditched Virgin TV though and got a NOWTV box, much cheaper and more versatile

@antartica81 The Movistar service I have here in Spain is also fully over 1Gb fibre broadband. And when I was in the UK for work I rented a flat until last May where I had NOWTV, which is fully via fibre optic. How different is this?

@HeyBroadband installed last week. Speed seems ok but so many websites have issues loading. Amazon was an issue, now not but now NowTV won’t stream.

@NOWTV I have a problem with your BroadBand service and customer service is jungle I am deciding jump ship my internet connection keeps on dropping and says check filter etc did all that but no change the line is okay phone works too S611TP

@NOWHelpTeam I have eventually managed to fix the problem myself thanks. Unfortunately the current version of the NowTV app seems to be buggy on Apple TV.

@rudemrlang @MatthewRimmer Don’t you find a lot of stuff on NowTV has this problem? I do! But then I watch most TV with subtitles now because of mumbling and my diminished hearing.

@FrankieWriter @TV_amyy Yeah that’s sky not nowtv, that’s my issue, same company but not every channel. Irony being my boyfriend works for UKTV - I’m like gimme the show gimme the show!

@KapitanKhazi @NOWHelpTeam I am experiencing exactly the same problem on Apple TV HD. Screen frozen trying to reinstall NowTV app, even after a factory reset of Apple TV.
