I was so wrong about Peacock not coming to the UK - still trying to work out how it plans to coexist as a distinct product with Sky. Most of the launch content is already streaming via #skyq and #nowtv

@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

For something priced and marketed as a premium service, the technology behind @NOWTV seems so cheap and lazy. No automatic frame rate switching on Fire TV. Regular dips in stream quality. Doesn't even offer preview thumbnails when FFing or RWing.

@cudezue Yes soon the streaming bubble is going to burst and one pop out think with making BritBox in UK ITVX pretty much they shot their chances of making it work. I mean sky is so confusing also it’s Peacock/Sky(SkyGO)/NowTV europe continent Sky Showtime also comcast messy model

@NOWHelpTeam I have got a Samsung 32inch TV with the nowtv app installed which has kept giving an error message of firmware update needed. I have spoken to Samsung who have said to contact yourselves. The app has now disappeared. Can you help please?
