@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

More Nowtv customers have to report the new ui as useless instead of just complaining about & not even posting it to @NOWTV . Nowtv has stated that they need more complaints before the fix or replace the useless UI for disabled customers. @Ofcom I have the email to prove this.

@OpenreachHelp Hello, I have an issue with NOWTV who won't proccess an ORDI request with Openreach. My house changed name a few years ago and I need to get this updated on the Openreach database. However my ISP (Nowtv) seem unwilling to help or don't know what to do. Can you help?

Well today’s the day....will @WeAreOpenreach turn up to fix my broadband. Now on day 15 of total loss of service. Failed to turn up twice already. Any ideas @NOWTV @nowtvhelp diabolical communication and customer service. Already feeling like my family will be let down again
