I bought three NowTV sticks from them for my smart TV but none of them worked, their customer service was terrible and they refused to refund me. I just hope that HBOMax comes to the UK, they've moved Friends there in the US. 🤞

Hannah Cottrell (@hmcott_) reported@NOWTV She signs into her now tv account on Roku and then when she selects a programme it comes up with needing to choose a pass. She pays monthly so surely she shouldn’t be expected to pay an additional cost to watch now tv?? She can watch fine on her iPad. Please help

Luke Jostins-Dean (@lukejostins) reportedGo to NowTV tab, click on TV show, it makes me sign in again, it asks to open it in the external video player, player needs to updated, runs an old-school install wizard, then I have to go back and open it in the browser again. Why not just click and play like everywhere else?
