help my nowtv remote app on my phone wasn’t working and i’ve just realised it’s because i was connected to the wrong box for 30 minutes....FOR 30 MINUTES SOMEONE ELSE HAS HAD THEIR NOWTV DOING **** THEY WERENT CONTROLLING😭😭😭😭

@NOW You see, this is the problem. I have complained. To you. But now you’re saying I have to make a complaint elsewhere as well. This is symptomatic of the flaws in the NowTV approach. It should all just be so much easier and user friendly.

@bt_uk tried live chat. Told having multiple devices connected will affect speed. Not been an issue before. Can’t watch NowTV either which we pay additionally for. BT speed test gave is a higher reading than Speedtest app. Something fishy going on there. Who can actually help us?

@glyn1002 No worries. I was fishing around and it's nowtv that's the problem according to sky. Checked back to hd and it's fine again now.
