    So apparently I picked a bad day to WFH because my @NOWTV Broadband has decided to run soooo slow I can't keep a VPN connected on my work laptop. But "There's no fault on the line" which is super useful when a fault had been identified by Openreach and not-fixed before.

    @NOWTV i just want to cancel my subscription but no one is replying to my emails im sending! I can no longer access the email account attached to my account so cannot login to cancel. Can i just cancel my DD?

    @NOWTV you need to fix your rules. A TV Chromecast shouldn't be part of your devices given that ANOTHER device is needed to cast to it; therefore taking up two slots of the 6 you pay for. It's stupid.

    @NOWTV I cancelled my movie subscription at the end of November and see that you have deducted 2 further payments from my account. How are you going to help me resolve this?
