@NOWTV Hi NowTV. I was using an Xbox series X. My connection was fine and i restarted my Xbox, router and app in the console. Its purely because your streaming service is the basic one and you charge more for better quality. It kept jumping out of HD into what seemed like 111p

@NOWTV Since my accident I have had to sacrifice my family my job my life because of illness and its been the same since Febuary I know I don't have to explain myself but I do because I don't want people thinking I'm the cause I don't intentionally cause problems they seem to follow me.

@NOWTV Don't change your tone now silly, the set up has been correct since yesterday morning when it was due to be activated at any point till 12 last night. You're companies incompetence is the reason its not working not individual error.

@jonnytwang @NOWTV So this is a service and you guaranteed it would be on on the 3/02/2021 by midnight. You have clearly not got this right and this poor bloke is sat waiting with his kids in lockdown can’t even connect to do school work it’s a joke if I turned up to work 13 hours later nkk ok job
