    Wrote to my local #Tory MP @ShaileshVara asking for all BIG companies to be forced by law to provide 0800 customer support. The "SOLUTION" suggested by @grantshapps to the total lack of customer support from @nowtv was to contact Citizens Advice. #WTF ? How on earth can they help

    @Kjvincent1979 I use DirectSave which is the cheapest I could find - with an inclusive landline package it costs me about £30 a month. Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.

    @NOWTV broadband goes completely down bang on Christmas holidays with no customer service staff at all. That's great for people who need internet for work ain't it!

    @NOWTV_It what is wrong with your picture quality? The black is speckled and there appears to be an overlay across the screen. Only happens in NowTv - other services are fine!!!

    @hayu the new real housewives of Miami isn’t showing on hayu on nowtv for me. Any way you can help ?

    It doesn't help that the versions @UKTV has on NowTV cuts the entire opening scene with the pipes making noise, and Krytens fantasy about Lister and Kochanski having GELFs over, but keeps the jokes that reference these scenes, now making absolutely no sense.
