@NOWTV I've done that you think I'm waiting 2hrs being asked pointless questions and sitting here doing nothing. And I shouldn't have to keep reinstalling apps I pay for a service. If your apps are not good enough you should fix them not the customers

@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.

@NOWTV The word “this” in my previous tweet should have been more than sufficient for you to work it out for yourselves. But, to be fair, I bet all of your advertisement campaigns on Twitter garner the same level of negative feedback if this one is anything to go by.

Has anyone else had problems with Vodafone over their cancellation of nowtv from the entertainment package, won’t alter my contract and won’t even get a manager to call me to discuss, worst customer care service I have ever encountered

Hi Nowtv is missing from the home page on @Nowtv devices @nowtvhelp . It can't be uninstalled to reset it as the separate Nowtv app was removed by Nowtv. Please Fix it.

@NOWTV Is the silence a “yeah we know it sucks, we know the issues, we know the iPad app doesn’t let You mirror, we know about the 1 star rating on App Store, we know we’ve not updated the app since 2015(?) but we’re not going to address this, so why not buy our own NowTV hardware.”?
