    @Oxford_Life @AmazonHelp Ennit, their default response of “please go through these troubleshooting steps” is actually insulting. Sort your **** streams out! Picture quality is terrible too, the close-up shots are so grainy, it constantly glitches. Don’t have a single issue like this on NowTV

    @primevideosport watching on my LG OLED on your native app with a 50MB+ broadband connection and the quality of the stream was rubbish! Poor show! Maybe ask @NOWTV how it’s done ???

    Live chat are failing to help. I need the sequence to reset a 4k Nowtv box from the remote after its just switched on @NOWTV @nowtvhelp
