@NOWTV Smart tv. 16 times in total. Amd it isnt the internet connection. As netflix youtube amazon tv and disney plus all work without issue.

@NOWTV Paid for a one day pass, on lap tap and two smart Tvs got to point of play, repeated error message : "something went wrong" had to watch on mobile phone. Wasted money.

Nowtv is missing from the home page on @Nowtv devices @nowtvhelp . It can't be uninstalled to reset it as the separate Nowtv app was removed by Nowtv. Fix it.

@NOWTV Do not get anything from @NOWTV they are one of the most unreliable companies I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve been waiting over a week from them to “resolve” my connection issues, no emails, no callbacks, no updates and no apologies, it’s too late for me@but seriously, save yourselves

@nowtvhelp Yes they’ve worked before and in last few days stopped working, not had it working since Monday so lost 5 days of nowtv, my kids want to watch Dolittle the movie they can’t and I can’t continue with my tv, very bad, followed the advice on the website to no avail, please help

@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.
