@SkyHelpTeam leave DNS to the professionals please like Cloudflare or Google. Can’t change the DNS servers on the router (NowTV), something I could do with other providers and per device is a no-go. Fix it please.

  • mackem_twit JonnyP 🇪🇺🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@mackem_twit) reported

@NOWTV hi, I can’t watch on any device as it says I must wait until next month. Help!

  • thechriswatt It’s beginning to look a lot like Chris Watt (@thechriswatt) reported

@whytology I think NowTV has Big Trouble in Little China.

  • wilbur_munch Wilbur Munch (@wilbur_munch) reported

@nowtvhelp So how do I resolve my issue? Are you telling me to wait? When should I sit to? What should I do if still no one contacts me??? @NOWTV

  • Shannon08851410 Shannon Higgins (@Shannon08851410) reported

@NOWTV hi what is wrong with the broadband I am trying to work from home and can’t as it keeps dropping

  • wilbur_munch Wilbur Munch (@wilbur_munch) reported

@ImGoingFeral @nowtvhelp @NOWTV They haven't assisted in anyways, live chat can't answer questions, social media can't access accounts and there is no number to phone, making promises they don't keep. Whilst offering no help to resolve.

  • _erinmelizabeth Éirinn (@_erinmelizabeth) reported

@NOWTV Hi again. It’s currently stopped working once again. The same issue as yesterday. I’m in a house of three university students and we’ve all got work due in and with no wifi this is nearly impossible...

  • redVtop Ronnie (@redVtop) reported

@ladygigi_ @NOWTV Unfortunately you can't change the DNS setting on the nowtv router but you can on individual PCs. So manually setting to Google domain name servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 should provide interim workaround.

  • antexperience A (@antexperience) reported

@NOWTV Hello, I have tried both of these and still not working. The live chat wasn't helpful either as it wouldn't let me chat with someone, just the bot.

@NOWTV Still not acknowledging the broadband issues??
