@nowtvhelp @NOWTV wow. Your streaming service is really bad the last couple of months. And before you try to blame my internet, I've already had it tested and hasnt dropped below 37mb for over 30 days. Plus netflix has no problems at all.

I love @NOWTV, their entire troubleshooting for their app not working is blaming my fibre to property Internet connection. They suggested I use mobile data. For video streaming. Yeah, no.

@nowtv hi there! Pretty sure you’re breaking some @Ofcom codes for not fixing a known fault/bug with repeated “verify your account” emails that can’t be resolved after sign up. The issue goes back to 2018 on your forums. Do I need to make a formal complaint to get you to fix it?

@NOWTV part 3 ever gone to my head to pay this bill of almost 80 pounds to just be able to work when I called and asked to pay over 2 weeks ago! Being lied to by your company is something I'm used to by now
