.@NOWTV Avoid their broadband service, as they have the worst customer support and they seek to scam you as they will not offer compensation or refunds when their service is not working. It will take you months to try to get any sort of money back. #poorcustomerservice

@NOWTV I WAS watching Bolton on my Xbox on sports football. they say turn over to sky sports + It keeps linking through to SPL instead of Bolton. PLEASE FIX

4) I've had @NOWTV packages (Entertainment, Film, Sport) for about 9 years) and never had any issues, but come April 2025 - and it's been absolutely poor systems, poor investigation and poor service. I now live in a town not a village anymore and the Internet speeds are fast!

It’s been a while but once again having problems with my @NOWTV for whatever reason the channels are switching off at commercial breaks on live TV specifically Sky Showcase and Sky Max…it’s frustrating to say the least & I’m coming to the end of my offers for Entertainment Pass

@SkyHelpTeam Hi i was you for broadband,now with @NOWTV have been for 7yrs They don't want to help with deal ,I am thinking of switching to you (same company) but it's saying I'm already a sky customer on the website ,and I want the £80 voucher ,should I still sign up
