If @NOWTV could sort out this concurrency error message that comes up when you stop your phone streaming to chromecast and then try to watch it on your phone, that would be great. Says you're watching on too many devices, yet stops you watching on any

@SkyHelpTeam BT Openreach are due to update me tomorrow, this is the fourth date I have been given. I am disappointed you have failed. I am outraged that you communicated with nowTV to deactivate my old broadband which was previously fully working, leaving me unable to work.
