    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV Can you confirm your broadband service is affected by same issue as Sky tonight? Can't stream anything on TV and now can't access any websites unless I switch to using a public DNS server like Google or Cloudflare. Can you give an update when DNS will be fixed?

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp I reported an issue with broadband services which started occurring approx around 5:30 pm in east London area. I was advised that this has been escalated. Is there any update on this? #Nowtv #Nowtvbroadband

    @ProbablyDriving @NOWTV Took me two resets of the Sky box before I thought to search to see if there was an issue. Doesn't seem to be any communication at all.

    @NOWTV Broadband has had a fe minor issues over the last few days but has gone off completely this evening. Rebooted, checked router logs etc. problems highlighted online so fault lies with you. When will it be back?
