@NOWTV Is there an issue with service in #DL14? Our internet is down on a NYE where everyone has to stay home. Your phone lines are closed. Perfect end to 2020 for your customers in the area?

Anyone thinking of switching broadband, AVOID @NOWTV and @SkyUK. My parents switched on the 19th December, since then their number doesn't accept calls. I've called nowtv most days since, spent hours on the phone. They closed a complaint with no action and it still doesn't work.

@dog_gruff Agree. I don't watch it in Nottingham, only Netflix, Amazon, Nowtv & don't have a license there. In Scotland my disabled son watches Cbeebies etc. We have Virgin TV, so not having a license would not work. Believe me, I tried to get it cancelled, but the wife ruled against, lol

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV
