  @NOWTV can you please explain why on Tuesday I was able to select Superfast broadband for the property I'm moving to but when I've gone back on today it will only let me choose Full Fibre? I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work

  @MartinSLewis They are all awful, after leaving NowTV for their customer service team lying to me. I now have a problem with O2 and can't get access to my account. The call centres are hopeless

  Why is there no way to limit the playback quality in @NOW??? I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV

  @NOWTV what’s going on with the subtitles for loads of your shows? True Detective (all seasons) ten or more seconds out of sync! Across multiple devices and even downloaded shows. Is this a known issue?

  Then to have your help centre suggest I was doing something wrong and these deals were no longer available THEY ARE ACTIVE RIGHT NOW when I log in Don't lie to your customers. NowTV lied to me too and they will never get another penny. Neither will you.

  FFS, sort your bloody servers and streaming service out. I'm paying to watch footbal, not shite stop-gap animation. And no, it's not my end as numerous mates are all having the same problem. Absolutely pathetic @NOWTV

  @lyncey_gilbe @skytv They have a special Bereavement team who was amazing and when my dad died mum had same problem .. they sorted it all out and within her price budget - if not cancel and use nowtv and you can just say can’t afford PAYG and they offer you like £1.99 a month for basically £19.99 sky

  It's either very dark at Silverstone or the very flakey @NOWTV is broken. Sort it out - or if you're going to be so useless then allow switching between devices. £40pm to watch a blank screen is a rip.

  @lola987123 @FilmUpdates Thats what they've been doing and it sucks ******* ***, NowTV is genuinely the worst streaming app ive ever used, im glad HBOs here now.
