    @WilliamNB Found myself in that situation. Some BT ? tech had ducked my DSL line to plug someone else Getting things fixed can be a pain. @NOWTV tech support was very dishonest and disrespectful and difficult to analyse and fix whilst in lockdown

  • JPi3_1 Jack (@JPi3_1) reported

    @nowtvhelp hello! I'm moving home soon, and I'm trying to work out if NowTV would need to send an engineer to install a broadband socket, or whether there's something already there, so it can be done remotely, without someone needing to come. Can you check this for me?

  • KelvinRuthven 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #BorgLife #AssociateProducer #ZSJL (@KelvinRuthven) reported

    @TheNerdQueens @CDawsonAuthor @wickedivy Unfortunately Sky/NowTV doesn't get everything HBO has. It took AGES for RAISED BY WOLVES to appear on Sky/NowTV. Films aren't a guarantee either. We could be waiting months before ZSJL turns up. Hopefully the dedicated HBOMax channel NowTV Help told me about will come through.

    @NOWTV Yup. I’ve been through those steps a number of times. As I said, I’ve had an engineer out twice previously. My case was closed in December due to the assumption that the issue was fixed when I got 3mbps speeds. I’ve emailed yourselves to reopen my case.

    It is absolutely shocking that @NOWTV still doesn't have subtitles for viewers using the BT TV box. Really terrible from an accessibility standpoint.

  • JacobSchram5 Jakob Schramm (@JacobSchram5) reported

    @NOWTV This looks just awful

  • ClaireBillo Claire Billington (@ClaireBillo) reported

    Having problems with @NOWTV unable to sign in, playback error. Tried all the resets it suggested and now can’t make a complaint without signing in ! I don’t want to cancel just watch what I’m paying for, please help.

  • The_Vman_v2 Ḋᵃ𝐧𝐧ע 🜄 😷 (@The_Vman_v2) reported

    @NOWTV Has to be the worst performing streaming service at peak times. Can’t remember last time I managed to watch anything at this time 😤

  • Tachyon0011 Tachyon0011 (@Tachyon0011) reported

    So if i put in a formal complaint & #Nowtv fixes the ui for disabled customers then what was the point of #Nowtv stating for months that they wont fix the ui for disabled customers. @Ofcom Why are companies allowed to treat disabled customers like that.

    @NOWTV Thats not true, to access the chat you need to sign in - which I can't because you deleted my account... @Ofcom
