The router is saying connected but can’t stream or access internet on any of our devices. I’ve switched off router and reset but still nothing

Activation date pushed back to 29th of January for no reason. Spoke to 6 or 7 different advisers, no updates

Any way getting them out earlier I'm a Dr and need stable access to Internet. Not very happy I should have been informed there was issue
