Nowhere to enter code, 1 hour via Indian help no connection. Returned stick today, very poor customer service and misleading people into getting a bargain!

They're run by Sky but can't match a Sky deal and can't answer what happens to my phone number and contract if copper wires stop while i'm in a contract with them...

Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!
