@NOWHelpTeam Live chat are quick to dismiss it as an app problem when it obviously isn't as it effects all of NowTV's apps I try. They then dismiss it as paraphrasing - as a partially deaf user I know what paraphrased subs look like, and in most episodes it's not "paraphrasing", but broken.

Is #Nowtv broadband the worst broadband provider ever? I can’t seem to get them to investigate the fact the broadband connection keeps dropping. They constantly want me to make changes to the router Wi-Fi … even thou we don’t use the Wi-Fi on the router… we have a mesh!

Prime Rings of Power stream is always lagging. Don’t have any of this problem on Disney+ and YouTube nor Nowtv. Poor experience

@skytv Stop selling me SKY Glass - Don't need new TV for 5 years - have 4K 65" + ATMOS Receiver, gigabit broadband. Don't want cables/dish but would buy Sky. Even upgraded NOWTV with full access/schedule/recording would work. Or new external Digital Box. What's the problem?

@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.

I congratulate @NOW, who has not been able to provide internet service for 17 days in the 21st century, England, UK. They also tried to charge for the service they didn't provide yesterday. Terrible service guys @NOWHelpTeam #NowTV #Broadband #NowBroadband

@NOWSport Signed up to NowTV twice now, the first time when buying the plug inbox, then a couple of years later, hoping it would have improved. It hadn't. NowTV doesn't work at all.
