    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.

    @NOWTV why does everything I watch on your app now include audio description with no option to turn it off? Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

    @NOWTV @WTA @atptour Watched the first set of the men’s final last night. Sat down this evening after a long day’s work to watch the rest & it’s no longer available. Replaced by a ‘highlights’ version. Honestly, I’m astounded by just how awful this TV service is. Our beautiful sport ruined.
