@NiskaHumans @NOWHelpTeam Do not waste your time trying to get nowtv to sort this. They are not interested. Go straight to your back and tell them someone has fraudulently used your details. Trust me you will just get the run around from now tvs “help” department.

@NOW is slow as ****. I can search for 10 movies on one other app quicker than @NOW brings up the search results for 1 movie. NowTv was faster over 1 yr & a half ago. Fix your ******* app @NOWTVHelp . Don't reply to this tweet. Just fix that **** *** app.

Hi @NOWTV can you sort you're terrible service out, our programes crash every 10 mins while watching them on the smartstick, then everytime I try and report them via your website the live chat crashes too, not great hey!

@NOWTV have just nicked £33.99 out of my account a month after me cancelling. Then the bloke on the live chat goes missing after I ask about it. Awful company

@4Viewers @williamseivwrig Yeah we use the app on the LG smart TV, firestick AND nowTV, and it’s the same across every device I’ve ever tried watching on, regularly cuts out after an ad break for us, then you have to start again and rewatch the adverts when fast forwarding back to where you were. Awful

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, having broadband issues in SK6. Hub green light is on but virtually no internet. Did a technical check on the NowTV site and it says it recognises there’s an issue with the line but can’t diagnose it. Is this a wider area issue?

@NOWTV Hi I'm trying to watch a live movie stream on my LG TV. I lost Internet connection and now won't resume. It would appear that the movie I'm trying to watch isn't in your library? I think your app is broken, also tried android app and received an error.
