Listen @NOWTV, I like Formula 1 and while I'm aware it's got its own ethical issues, I'm not paying £34 a month to subsidise the absolute morality cesspit that is Premier League football. A special offer is any that doesn't include football and anything that does... isn't.

@NOWHelpTeam Your self service checker is awful, it originally claimed the internet appeared slow but the speeds normal (33Mbit down), it then claimed the issue was within the house yet nothing has changed in the house and I even tried the other NowTV router. Same issue via master socket.

@skytv When your NowTV sports package is so expensive, do you feel comfortable outputting 720p quality and charging £3 extra for HD ( no way near) quality? Just watched a match on Amazon Prime, and it puts yours to shame. At that cost, 4K should be expected.

@NOWHelpTeam Thank you for replying. There's no dialling tone for her landline-she's been trying to find a way of reporting it for over a week. Bt have referred her back to Nowtv but she can't sign in to her account. Yes, she's tried a different handset.
