    @skysports @NOWTV sound quality is very poor Aston Villa v Bournemouth. Paid a day pass to watch this with the family.

    @flixtonred Hi If you're unable to sign in to NowTV, I would recommend contacting your TV manufacturer as this would be a device issue and not an issue with Freely.

    @NOWTV why is it that I cannot speak to anyone in customer service. I cannot consume any service I pay for and all I get told through chat is someone will contact me "soon", no idea when soon will be and nobody can tell me. This is awful customer service

    @stevencamlou @juneslater17 Agreed, use youtube, freeview, freely, nowTV, etc. Sounds like they need a reality check and debt counselling. No shame in getting help to maximise what you can have for the least money.
