@NOWTV Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Cancelled my internet subscription. Ordered middle of November for activation on 18th of December. Activation date pushed back to 29th of January for no reason. Spoke to 6 or 7 different advisers, no updates

@NOWTV have to be one of the worst ISP’s I’ve encountered, consistently **** service. I can’t pin it all on them most ISP’s I’ve dealt with professionally and personally have been shite, thinking of just binning off the internet.

@PrimeVideo - you used to be great. Though recently, you’ve lost your touch: you have some great content, but it’s useless if your streaming service & picture quality is unwatchable. Netflix, Youtube, NowTV etc., stream in pin-sharp HD; PrimeVideo: inferior to VHS & stop-start.
