@PSAWorldTour First glasscourt match of the season - issues already. C'mon folks, you need to be doing a lot better than this. How much is the subscription for live squash? £10.99 per month, more expensive than Netflix, Amazon, NOWtv and only good for 10 months of the year!

@virginmedia Unfortunately I have heard this more than once and no one has been able to help. I'm seriously not wasting anymore of my time on the phone to your company getting absolutely no where and again not being listened to. We have gone with nowTV and you have missed out on extra money

One thing weird though is that I was watching it through NowTV and the picture and audio quality were absolutely atrocious on desktop. Picture was totally washed out, audio was crushed, and I have an excellent internet speed. And not only that but parts of scenes were cut! WTF???

@NOWHelpTeam Is there any plan to fix the Mac nowTV app so that it stops saying I'm using screen recording software, when I'm not? It's completely unwatchable on my Mac at the moment, and the solution you've implemented is ridiculous!

@shanh0eskin maybe try get nowtv??? that has sky sports for cheaper (it’s nearly £40 a month but i’ve split it with my mum so) which might help

@NOWHelpTeam I have an unresolved issue & want to put in an official complaint but NOW keep ignoring this and sending emails stating ‘weve closed your complaint’. Not true! Ombudsman contacted!! #terriblecompany #nowtv

@NOWTV #nowtv why is NowTV the only app still that buffers so frequently. I have Prime, Netflix, Disney+, iPlayer etc with no issues. Good solid Internet. People have been moaning about this for months/years. Any plans to fix it?
