@NOWHelpTeam @NOW @NOWTV I contacted you via twitter 10 days ago, no reply,tech team were phoning me back last Monday, they didn't, router is 2 yrs old. Connectivity is now not good enough, hub is always hot, on line test your staff said there was a problem, where's the solution

@NOWHelpTeam I tried that and it didn’t work. Also tried the app on my phone it couldn’t stream either. It's like NowTV is being blocked, but every other streaming service works just fine.

@NOWHelpTeam None of that makes a difference - I am connected by LAN I have 78mbps WiFi speeds - it is not a buffering issue it is your streaming system - no other streamer does it! No quality drop out, blurring of image on any other streamer JUST nowtv

@StillSina Do you watch via a firestick or via the app (Nowtv player)? I think there's no trouble with the former but clearly the latter has issues Unless it's my laptop? (But all other on demand tv works instantly on it) ...
