NowTv is useless , The Continue Watching List is empty on Now on pc & on the NowTv app yet on a different browser it's not empty. @NOWHelpTeam Also just bought a boost package & adverts still show. Fix it.

Hacked off with #NowTV. Broadband not working properly, have tried the usual fixes. Log in ... invalid password. Send new password ... email not recognised. No phone number on the website, no way to contact them. What the hell guys

@DaddyMightyZim Shame for them. The Netflix algorithm is still a work of art, but in a way no-one will ever notice. Prime is a mess, but not as much as NowTV. It's expensive, not very compatible, and it deleted my entire Watch List for no reason. I don't see much on Apple TV I want.

@NOWHelpTeam Not sure, but I've gone back to nowtv stick and the quality still nowhere near as good as bt. Paying extra for boost I'd expect at least as good. You have the tech to provide better quality. Obviously a policy not to, so as not to tempt some away from paying silly money for sky.
