    @ImGoingFeral @nowtvhelp @NOWTV They haven't assisted in anyways, live chat can't answer questions, social media can't access accounts and there is no number to phone, making promises they don't keep. Whilst offering no help to resolve.

    Anyone thinking of switching broadband, AVOID @NOWTV and @SkyUK. My parents switched on the 19th December, since then their number doesn't accept calls. I've called nowtv most days since, spent hours on the phone. They closed a complaint with no action and it still doesn't work.

    Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV

    @NOWTV I've tried 3 cards to sign up for the service, yet none of them work. It keeps coming up with an error on signup, despite charging 10p (active card check, I presume). I tried the same card again, yet the error keeps popping up. What's wrong with your service, please?

    @NOWTV I'm trying to order broadband via your website, but can't get past making an appointment for an engineer, the page just goes blank. Is anybody else having this issue? Thanks

    @NOWTV have basically robbed me of 5 years worth of subscription payments for a service that was cancelled in 2015. Their customer service is awful.
