Why is @NOWTV so totally unusable? Trying to watch the #FRIENDSREUNION it will not allow me to rewind 2 seconds to rewatch a cherished moment without rewinding to the beginning. #infuriating. Is it on DVD?!?😡😡😡😡

I love @NOWTV, their entire troubleshooting for their app not working is blaming my fibre to property Internet connection. They suggested I use mobile data. For video streaming. Yeah, no.

@nowtv hi there! Pretty sure you’re breaking some @Ofcom codes for not fixing a known fault/bug with repeated “verify your account” emails that can’t be resolved after sign up. The issue goes back to 2018 on your forums. Do I need to make a formal complaint to get you to fix it?

@NOWTV part 3 ever gone to my head to pay this bill of almost 80 pounds to just be able to work when I called and asked to pay over 2 weeks ago! Being lied to by your company is something I'm used to by now
