@nowtv @nowtvhelp Why are your chat assistants not very good? Don't you train them properly? Twice now they've followed the script, "yes you have a pass, you get the following, that's not working, OK uninstall & reinstall, try again." Then chat goes dead. @VodafoneUK poor swap!

@camangusmurray @NOWTV Tried two TVs also tried through the firestick and two different phones, iPhone and Samsung. No connectivity issues as all other apps are working perfectly. Please respond.

@NOWTV Streaming quality is abysmal. Even with the added boost pass at £3p/m. Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet were looking like Minecraft characters. Ended up renting on prime.. guess what amazing quality. No internet issues whatsoever.

@NOWTV is absolutely awful. Steaming on too many devices message when I'm steaming on none of them. Biggest game of the season too. Pathetic.
