@NOWTV **** just like the quality of the stream on your platform. I mean 5mbps is standard for 1080p not 12 mbps you use which is why even at 720p on your basic subscription your streams pixelate

@NOWTV Yh my problem is with the NOWTV APP, I have the mobile sports pass and the app keeps crashing when I try to open it and I’ve missed all the games from yesterday and today. I’ve spoken to an advisor over the chat on your website and they were unable to help.

@agnesfrim Oh it’s almost impossible. Have considered resubscribing a few times and have always been decided against it because of how god awful it is. NowTV by contrast - very easy to subscribe and unsubscribe and have done both multiple times!
