@nowtvhelp It's a Lenovo TAB 4 8 Plus. Issue happens in the NowTV app. I can connect in the web browser. But the web browser does not allow playback. If I select a video in the web browser and click to play it in the app it passes me to the app which immediately disconnects. Every time.

@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.

@NOWTV Is the silence a “yeah we know it sucks, we know the issues, we know the iPad app doesn’t let You mirror, we know about the 1 star rating on App Store, we know we’ve not updated the app since 2015(?) but we’re not going to address this, so why not buy our own NowTV hardware.”?

@NOWTV Smart tv. 16 times in total. Amd it isnt the internet connection. As netflix youtube amazon tv and disney plus all work without issue.
