    @NOWTV why does everything I watch on your app now include audio description with no option to turn it off? Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

    Why is there no way to limit the playback quality in @NOW??? I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV

    Really not impressed with the poor quality of @skytv stream when watching @SkySportsPL constant buffering and lag every time i’m watching the match, and I have the top broadband package. NowTV was far more stable and reliable!

    @NOWTV got a day sports pass. Starting streaming at 20.30 last night.went to start again at 13.45 had to buy a new membership? Furious? Can u help? Lee

    @chefarchiepie @NOW @NOWTV It really is frustrating when they won't or can't help you. We're paying a subscription for a shows I can't watch as no subtitles so what's the point. And when you ask for help they ignore you

    @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

    @NOWHelpTeam @SkySportsPL @SkySports please sort out the quality on Sky Sports on NowTV. Loosing the camera/ audio and we are paying for this service every month. Its ****
