  • JontyM4c Jonathan McNally (@JontyM4c) reported

@NOWTV I speak to an individual who assures me the problem is with my router. I try and tell him that there's work taking place downstairs and I reckon it could be that. The guy completely dismisses me and says it's definitely the router.

  • JontyM4c Jonathan McNally (@JontyM4c) reported

@NOWTV the man tells me that the issue may not be the router and he'll go check my line. Its my line. Surprisingly... It's going to take up to 2 working days to fix. This is on top of the time I waited for the new router.

The BBC TV this year... Is the worst ever. No wonder we don't pay for a license. Its all about Netflix, Prime and Nowtv. Mr BBC you don't even have one good blockbuster film on. @BBC

@NOWTV I have just had an email to say I have purchased the sky sports day Pass, NOW TV Boost and Sky cinema pass on my account. However I did not carry out this purchase. I have cancelled all passes but have been charged when I did not authorise this. Can you help?

  • Ricey003 Dave Rice (@Ricey003) reported

@NOWTV who can help me regarding the use of a credit on my account please?

  • robbiereviews Robbie Collin (@robbiereviews) reported

@antovolk @coffeedoughnuts @NOWTV (And FWIW I don’t think this will warm up the market for Bond et al to cash in in April; they’ll be starting from scratch again, with exactly the same problems they tried to dodge in August.)
