Neil Stoker (@nmstoker) reported@NOWTV Yes, the pattern is that it starts working after an update and then the setting for Local Network access gets messed up and you can't cast I know what to do but my point is your app should be smart enough to avoid this or at the very least flag the issue (ie lost local network)

artjoyliving (@artjoyliving) reported@Channel4 Please provide a Medium Quality setting for those who don't have the latest smart TV and laptop to enjoy too via broadband. There is one on your phone app but not the website which seems to use the same codecs as NowTV which people also have huge difficulty with.
