Having problems with @NOWTV unable to sign in, playback error. Tried all the resets it suggested and now can’t make a complaint without signing in ! I don’t want to cancel just watch what I’m paying for, please help.

@NOWTV your service is by far the most expensive yet has more problems than all the others combined. If you didn’t have the majority of premier league football I would definitely not be a customer. Come on @PrimeVideo do us a favour and put them out of their misery.

@NOWTV @NOWTVSport neither your iOS or Amazon fire stick apps will allow me to activate my sports day pass, both stating that I need to purchase a pass, despite giving me the option to activate and start watching in ‘my passes’. Can someone please contact me to issue a refund.

@NOWTV Broadband is the absolute worst. 10/10 would NOT recommend to anyone thinking of joining with them. No help on the phone either. Not what you want when you and your partner are both relying on internet working from home 😒😒

@NOWTV When I work on one screen on my Mac, happily watching the golf on another. Then I get a message that I am running software that has screen recording technology. Yes. Lots of software does. I could but I’m not interested in recording the golf on my Mac. This is silly.

@NOWTV signed up for free trial, cancelled day too late & as charged watched for that month, cancelled in time but still charged, tried to ring & got charged £6! Am nhs on covid team & only wanted see the undoing for free but am £36 down that I can’t afford! Please help

@NOWTV I’ll be giving you the terrible review you deserve on every site I can think of! A company that’s so easy to sign up to but so very hard to cancel from! Awful, especially for a communications company! Give them a wide berth, wish I had!
