@nowtv your service needs to dramatically improve, I have sports entertainment and movies with you but your connection is poor, I use itv hub, Amazon prime Netflix and uktv play from the same Roku box with no problems, but now tv is always lagging! **** show

@jonnysta From what I can gather, NowTV and Sky are the same company and so I would assume they have the same issue at the moment. If you are with a different provider for mobile phone and have 4G you should be able to log on using this. - Alison

@NOWHelpTeam hi. I have nowtv and watch via my bt view box but a second device which is listed was unable to stream through there TV using the app the other day. Any help as to why please?

@NOWTV have not uploaded any new eps of any of the Real Housewives franchises since Thu last week. Contacted them Thu & they said they're working on it. What's to work on, it's available everywhere else? Going to cancel my subscription to watch where they upload on time!
