    @nowtv keep getting a terrible jumpy picture watching the Liverpool v Man City game using the Now TV stick. Screen keeps going green or purple too. No issue with my broadband speed. Any ideas how to resolve this please.

    @NOWTV Thanks, it must be an issue with the Now TV stick. I've downloaded the Now TV app on my Amazon Fire stick and it is working fine. I didn't realise you could watch through Amazon until today, much better quality through this 👍

    @NOWTV Has anybody else in Edinburgh had issues over last few days with broadband and sites NOT LOADING??ie: museum x news sites mostly????What is going on x when will it be fixed????

    @NOWTV Yup I seem to be only receiving drop outs in the evening, mainly it's the latency that is the major issue for me . Regardless of my internet speed, due to the bad latency in the evening I can't stream properly. I am on the fastest internet package, the Super Fibre package
