  @SoozUK Hi Sooz, Can you please try deleting and reinstalling the NOWTV app. If this does not work please restart your phone and reset your chromecast. Please let us know if this helps.

  @nowtvhelp I’m not sure that that’s the problem, it doesn’t sY anything about a locked account, it’s as if it’s bot recognising my password but I’m unable to reset my password for some reason. I have sent a DM to @NOWTV thanks!

  @NOWTV Why, compared to other streaming services: 1. Are the menu’s so crap 2. The app doesn’t remember where you left off 3. Is the sound quality limited to stereo only 4. Is streaming quality so poor 5. Sky doesn’t give a **** about the consumer?

  @NOWTV why are there issues with my broadband in Redbridge? I keep getting an intermittent service not good enough and I can’t get through to your customer service. Not good service - not good enough
