    @NOWTV can you please explain why on Tuesday I was able to select Superfast broadband for the property I'm moving to but when I've gone back on today it will only let me choose Full Fibre? I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work

    @NOWTV too often your live streams are interruptive & stuttering. Too often your "something has gone wrong" message pops up on my screen. It's not my broadband, which is a 700MB service, so what are you doing to resolve your ongoing streaming issues? #nowtv #skysports

    @NOWTVHelp I have just subscribed to NowTV to watch the F1 but have been unable to watch the practice session due to glitching and freezing every few seconds. Very disappointed and wont be paying £30pm for this terrible quality!. Tried to do an online chat but that doesn’t work

    After their outage earlier, any shows you were watching on @skytv @NOWTV have been reset as though you hadn’t started viewing any episodes. Good one.
