    Watching live football is literally the worst thing when your having to do it via @nowtv, tv fine all day until live football comes on, had to reboot already.

    @NOWHelpTeam we are having problems with our NowTV WiFi for the past week or two. It’s repeatedly dropping out and is making it very difficult to work from home or use for anything really! Please can you look into this?

    @NOWHelpTeam the NOWTV app has been playing up for the past week. Always Buffering and picture quality is all fuzzy. The Error code is: PL-0. I have uninstall the app and deleted the data. And then reinstalled it. The problem is still happening. Any advise ?

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi, every couple of minutes or so my NowTV picture blurs for a few seconds on my TV (through the app). This doesn't happen on any other app I have. Any ideas? A quick Google search seems to suggest it's quite common but how do you fix it? Thanks.

    How is it that, of all the streaming services, the one that I get the absolute worst quality picture with is @NowTV. My broadband provider? @NOWTV

    @chris_dudley @NOWTV The analogy doesn't hold though.. the slotted screwdriver could still turn flat screws. The original manufacturer didn't issue an update that prevented the original product from performing its original function.
