@NOWHelpTeam Hi there, for a while now NOWTV hasn’t work on my iPad or iPhone (fine on Apple TV). I click play on something, it starts for a few seconds, then get a spinning wheel.

@NOW My 3 month discount ran out and NowTV deliberately did not mention this. They have now taken full price and I am looking into my legal situation to get my money back. What a nasty underhand company NowTv is. They don't even read your direct messages for help.

NowTv is useless , The Continue Watching List is empty on Now on pc & on the NowTv app yet on a different browser it's not empty. @NOWHelpTeam Also just bought a boost package & adverts still show. Fix it.

Anyone with a Sony Android TV have any other playback issues with like Disney+/NowTV etc? Every so often during an episode/movie, it’s kind of just stutters for a second or two. All of the apps are up to date as it the TV.

I think that @NOWTV has the worst user interface and user experience that I have ever seen in my life, and I've had to apply for a Visa from the Indian Consulate!

@NOWHelpTeam Boost is faulty. Lots of customers have complained about & it's still faulty. NowTv isn't worth even £1.00 it's a broken service. Don't reply with " I'm sorry you feel like that " etc. Get new staff @SkyUK for NowTv
