Terrible from @SkyUK not even an email to let us know you are charging us when this so called free trial ended, it's daylight robbery, I personally don't even think it was my 6 year old, possible fraud

All content is processed in 25 fps, speeding up and increasing the pitch of any 24fps content (pretty much all the movies). It irritates me when frames are 4% too fast, sounds are 4% too high-pitched, and every movie is 4% too short.

I feel like you have conned us, possibly my 6 year old signed up for a free trial, and when it wasn't cancelled you pulled our pants down. Help

They give you passes and I cant activate them because I already have passes why give 3 sports and 3 ent passes if you can only activate 1 then cant continue the set up?
