@Ironwrites My Apple phone throws to my LG tv so I’m guessing the problem lies with Samsung in this case? Not familiar with how NowTV works because I have Sky which obviously has everything on it but it sounds like a ****** App process for sure.

@NOWHelpTeam can someone DM about setting up our WiFi? It was ordered last week and arriving tomorrow but the go live date is the 3rd May which is ridiculous given past tenants used NowTV too. We need WiFi to work and your delays are affecting this

Teeeeensy issue trying to sign up for NowTV. I can't see the kids package on the main site, but when I Google it I can. But. I can't get past a checkout screen with nothing in the basket. Everything is hard. Everything.

@OpenreachHelp @OpenreachHelp NowTV claim that they "cannot give you a copy of the tickets because you would need the same program as us to be able to see them". The amount of bs going on with this internet issue is a farce.

@NOWHelpTeam I’ve been having ongoing issues with NowTV app on iOS devices, both iPhone and iPad. I have Sports subscription through BT TV but it just doesn’t work on mobile devices. Please help as I feel I’m paying for service that is not provided to me.
