    Why do streaming services have their audio adjusted so low? If I’m watching YouTube I have to set my tv volume to 20 or its blaring, yet on nowtv, Netflix, Amazon I set it to max 100 and it’s still low, having to buy speakers when they aren’t the problem clearly

    @LifeInWales @NOWTV Having the same issue, tried doing the online chat only for them to tell me it’s not necessarily NOW issues and it might be my network issue. It’s a joke

    @NOWTV Been kicked out half way through a film and cant get back in, have logged out and in again and its no different. Can't watch anything - plays a trailer then goes back to the watch now page. Help! Having a lovely night with my grandson......

    Then to have your help centre suggest I was doing something wrong and these deals were no longer available THEY ARE ACTIVE RIGHT NOW when I log in Don't lie to your customers. NowTV lied to me too and they will never get another penny. Neither will you.

    @NOWHelpTeam @SkySportsPL @SkySports please sort out the quality on Sky Sports on NowTV. Loosing the camera/ audio and we are paying for this service every month. Its ****
