    It is absolutely shocking that @NOWTV still doesn't have subtitles for viewers using the BT TV box. Really terrible from an accessibility standpoint.

    @nowtv Just bought a new Roku box but can not sign in to Now TV just says Oops something went wrong. Old box is working fine. Help please.

    Having problems with @NOWTV unable to sign in, playback error. Tried all the resets it suggested and now can’t make a complaint without signing in ! I don’t want to cancel just watch what I’m paying for, please help.

    @NOWTV can you help? My BT TV box says it is not a registered device and yet it is listed as one of my six devices? If tells me not to delete it or I won’t be able to add it back until 1Feb? Thanks

    @NOWTV your service is by far the most expensive yet has more problems than all the others combined. If you didn’t have the majority of premier league football I would definitely not be a customer. Come on @PrimeVideo do us a favour and put them out of their misery.
