@hanstitches_ its literally the worst streaming platform too and this is comin from a hugeee paramount hater but somehow nowtv is even worse, ive gotten it twice for specific things, and ive had to cancel it ~6/7 times 🙃

.@NOWTV Avoid their broadband service, as they have the worst customer support and they seek to scam you as they will not offer compensation or refunds when their service is not working. It will take you months to try to get any sort of money back. #poorcustomerservice

4) I've had @NOWTV packages (Entertainment, Film, Sport) for about 9 years) and never had any issues, but come April 2025 - and it's been absolutely poor systems, poor investigation and poor service. I now live in a town not a village anymore and the Internet speeds are fast!

Exact Same thing happens on my NowTv Streaming stick (which is fully updated) At 1st I suspected my Roku stick, but as it also happens on my Now stick, & only happens at EVERY Ad break (during show & at end of show) I now think the problem is at your end! Please fix🙏 2of2

Getting a month of @NOWTV and it doesnt even go on VIDAA smart tvs or even work on my ps5 because of "compatability issues" so I can only get use it on my phone? Yeah, that's a month I'm getting ONLY what is this nonsense?

@NOWTV your coverage of the tennis is truly awful. There’s currently tennis in Canada and you’re not showing it live. Says your coverage starts 5:30pm but play has been going for over an hour. WTF am I paying you £
