    @NOWTV I appreciate the connection issue is with open reach a d they are struggling to get a connection, however I’m choosing you as a company and expect a certain level of customer service! I asked to speak to a manager and was told “no! Due to the pandemic we don’t share headsets”

    @NOWTV Xbox one w/ wired connection NOW TV app quality keeps going fuzzy and blurry and keeps freezing. Normally flawless but today it’s awful

    @ChairmanDog @AmazonHelp I found it was only not working when trying to watch via the app on NowTV. Works fine on Firestick, Prime website and Prime app

    @NOWTV when I watch shows on your desktop app the audio is out of synch. Based on your forums, this seems to have been an issue for FOUR YEARS. Tell me again why I should not just pirate your shows?

    @NOWTV I can't access my account through any platform, it just says "Unexpected error" or "There was a problem signing you in". I've tried the Live Chat but it keeps timing out. I'm being charged monthly for entertainment passes I cannot use!

    @NOWTV 80 year old clinically vulnerable uncle still waiting on connection from Monday 15th. Shocking service, no answers or solution. How do we cancel as your contract is broken?!!!!
