@NOWTV for broadband is the absolute worst. I spend more time on the phone to them each month than I do my family. The service is terrible - last month five days without internet. Honestly - the worst! Ill and furious. #heartfailure #broadband

@weareopenreach #auchterarder With NowTV FTTC. Want to move to Plusnet FTTC. Plusnet say they can't guarantee the transfer as there is capacity problems. I'm not upgrading as both will be the same speed. Is this correct?

  • Neon_Rust_ woody (@Neon_Rust_) reported

@street_trash2 Everything new they create is 4K. The 4K looks great from what I've seen. Probably not 4k blu ray quality mind. There's just not all that much 4k stuff yet on there. I use nowtv and that's 720 unless you pay extra.

  • Tachyon0011 Tachyon0011 (@Tachyon0011) reported

@NOWTV sending a useless email telling me to try & find Nowtv boxes in shops while the uk is on lockdown. Nowtv should help its Disabled Customers & email the companies it sold boxes to & find which ones have the boxes still available. Why sell devices with no Ethernet.

  • eveningmspeters nick's secret account (@eveningmspeters) reported

@NOWTV to clarify, it's not really an issue with 'bad quality' of the stream - there is actually a great quality image being streamed to me, but there is a weird scrambled semi-transparent overlay on the top of the image which makes it look bad.

@MattNealRacing I'm with NowTv for broadband, had no problems. Good price compared to sky.

  • cavaz04 Josh Carvalho (@cavaz04) reported

@NOWTV I don’t know what it is but the internet has no problems with anything else and it isn’t the tv .

  • Mikeyboydadski Michael Armstrong (@Mikeyboydadski) reported

@NOWTV absolutely hopeless at sorting out both account problems (for several months) and now it is telling me my NowTV box is not a registered device but my account tells me I can add another 6 devices simply by watching a programme on them. AND back to the beginning!
