  @NOWTV For the past the month the picture quality has been abysmal! Thought it was my internet but no, as other apps work perfectly fine. Anyone else had this??

  just to let others know my nowtv had gone off no phone line either they have got big issues come on get it working ffs it keeps going on off ggrrr havent tried the landline yet even my mums as gone off two and she's 3 miles frm me tthought i say

  @NOWTV **** just like the quality of the stream on your platform. I mean 5mbps is standard for 1080p not 12 mbps you use which is why even at 720p on your basic subscription your streams pixelate

  @NOWTV FYI unable to buy a pass using Firefox “we’re having trouble displaying passes” absolutely fine on Chrome so panic averted for the football today! Firefox it would seem the page thinks I already have an existing pass but I do not.

  @nowtvhelp I previously messaged in December regarding our internet and TV being cut off in error. 2 months later we are finally reconnected but I am awaiting a response to my complaint letter. We are owed over £350 in total from @NOWTV and have been treated appallingly.

  @Reading106 @EFL_Comms And it keeps buffering and pixelating! It's not my internet connection either, as zero problems with NowTV and other apps.

  I'm currently with @Virgin but will absolutely be going back to @NOWTV Never ever had a problem with them and virgin are shite
