    @Netflixhelps hi when i go onto my netflix from my nowtv, it shows the red ‘netflix’ then it goes straight to saying “ netflix has encountered an error retrying in ... seconds” then it retrys and goes back to that screen counting down again? can you help

    @NOWHelpTeam actually sick of nowtv, YOUR equipment broke on me less than 2 months ago, which you ended up replacing... but now my internet is down AGAIN, but I had to book an engineer visit?! Why aren’t your systems picking up an outage? WTF am I actually paying for #poorservice

    @Roku hi, both my roku 2's now crash when trying to load apps after the mid-May s/w update. Tried it with youtube, nowtv, Netflix and bbc iplayer, so likely all the apps. Any ideas how to soet this out or revert to an older s/w version. Tried resetting without any luck.
