@NOWHelpTeam shocking service from nowtv. Trying to watch the sky sports football, stream quality keeps dropping giving a pixelated picture. Tried emailing and apparently there is a glitch. Not really what you expect for the amount we pay for subscription!!

@antartica81 The Movistar service I have here in Spain is also fully over 1Gb fibre broadband. And when I was in the UK for work I rented a flat until last May where I had NOWTV, which is fully via fibre optic. How different is this?

@thejayfaulkner No problem, as I said I’ve always been pleased with the broadband. Look at NOWTV as you can access most platforms and channels from that. I ditched Virgin TV for that reason. You can have a broadband only package

@NOWHelpTeam I have eventually managed to fix the problem myself thanks. Unfortunately the current version of the NowTV app seems to be buggy on Apple TV.

@NOWTV can you explain why you take forever to unlock my account, which you’ve not even told me why it’s locked, a service you are still charging me for and don’t even offer telephone help line

@NOWHelpTeam Nowtv box is linked to my tv by hdmi cable so there’s nothing to update, has been like this for years with no issue
