  @NOWTV @nowtvhelp 3rd week of having no broadband, which in lockdown is completely unacceptable. Constant daily phone calls and still no resolve! I need to escalate this but no one will help!!

  Anyone else have issues with the Apple+ app for PlayStation 5? Gets 10 mins into an episode and glitches. Restart it and it works. Happens on different shows too! So far no issues with NowTV etc or the gaming aspect of the console either.

  @curl_ed @MitchBenn Will NowTV work if I'm using a Macbook and using a HDMI cable to my laptop? With Netflix's it's fine but Amazon won't let you stream HD

  @NOWTV I’ve tried that..... the issue is more complex and they won’t talk to me. I need to escalate the complaint and need someone to contact me. This is now no broadband and as a result no tv since 4th November during lockdown and NOT acceptable. Please can someone contact me

  @nowtvhelp I tried that yesterday and just now. I can’t get further that the NowTV bot who tells me to reset (which is how this problem began) or I get referred to the community who don’t have an answer either.
