David Aspinall (@David_Aspinall) reported@CliveRoper @NOWTV it has stopped working on 2 LG tvs and an amazon firestick for me, but working fine on my phone. Funnily enough the tv/stick apps had all been logged out (and updated maybe?) and I needed to log in first, then the error.
-
ArtformDesigns (@ArtformTheHeart) reported@bikesontnt Yeah, I would if I could set up the account! Usual sh*t show - BT website still showing Discovery+ instructions and HBOmax website telling you to login to your NOWTV account.
-
Keith Tsang (@kidtsang) reported@scog27 @NOWTV @SkyFootball I totally get the frustration! It's frustrating when the tech fails during crucial moments. Streaming should be seamless—especially for major matches. Have you noticed if it's a specific time or game when the quality dips?
-
Gina (@BlondeTalksSkin) reported@NOWTV can you please explain why on Tuesday I was able to select Superfast broadband for the property I'm moving to but when I've gone back on today it will only let me choose Full Fibre? I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work
-
Liesl_ (@_lliesl_) reportedThen to have your help centre suggest I was doing something wrong and these deals were no longer available THEY ARE ACTIVE RIGHT NOW when I log in Don't lie to your customers. NowTV lied to me too and they will never get another penny. Neither will you.
-
Creda One (@creda_1) reported@NOWTV I have been waiting 2 hours now for an email to reset my password but still nothing, can you help?
-
Stuart (@scog27) reported@kidtsang @NOWTV @SkyFootball It will just randomly buffer throughout the game.
-
David Garratt (@Dave_Twig_G) reported@skytv sky stream is the biggest waste of money I think I’ve ever signed upto, crashes, buffering , and 50% of the time technical error on UHD. Please contact me, I want my contract cancelled asap I’m going back to @NOWTV, works much better
-
Chris Collinsberger (@cptrelentless) reported@Benleo NOWTv has an even worse Indian call centre, I guarantee it. VM is only the second worst TV co.
-
Tony (@TonyB_1997) reported@SilverAscend @LeoKearse If BBC iPlayer and NOWTV can figure out you are on a VPN then I’m fairly sure it’s possible for the ISPs to block access to the VPN servers completely, regardless of protocol. Sure, it’s whack-a-mole, but they don’t need it to be perfect to be effective.
