Disappointed to find that the @NOWTV @nowtvhelp app won’t even fire-up on my up to date Mac. Online help-desk are worse than useless and they won’t even countenance a discount. #poor #customer #service

@itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at least the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, I can only think of probably NowTV, Dazn or an Iptv service.

@NOWTV hi, I've tried to use you're find my account feature on the website and it doesn't work. You're taking money from my account yet none of my log one work so I'm a bit confused as to why when I've already got an account I use and am being charged for. Please help?

@NOWTV_It Getting rid of NowTV - I don't pay a subscription to see adverts and no chance am I paying even more. Terrible business decision, bye!

The first TV our family had took a few minutes to warm up after turning it on. The modern version of this is waiting for the NowTV box to boot up. So sloooooooow! Also, NowTV has the absolute worst UX TV channel selection system. Awful

@NOWTV now just taking the pish. Finishing the few series I'm watching before ditching it, start a programme and have to suffer bunch of inane laugter at how stupid we are paying a subscription to avoid adverts with that god awful @McDonalds advert.

@NOWTV ive had nothing but problems since I changed to Nowtv broadband even just waited to speak to someone and got cut off! Not the easiest company to get hold of! Broadband is rubbish checked phone lines and said that and technical engineer was neeeded yet I’ve heard nothing!
