My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV

@NOWTV By all means! What can you do about the remotes? I put fresh batteries in, they last a couple of days, then stop working. I have tried several brands of batteries and it’s on two different remotes. They are obviously sub-standard. Can you issue replacements?
