    @NOWHelpTeam You actually showed it in the end but only when accessing NowTV through a smart TV. I tried to access it through my laptop or iPad and it didn’t work. That doesn’t sound like a sky issue. Please advise.

    @OpenreachHelp I was meant to have our broadband go live last Monday but this hasn’t happened as NowTV described it as an internal issue on your end. Nowtv has informed us they are waiting for a response from you, please may you look into this?

    Hey guys @NOWTV. Realised there are a lot of programmes I cannot search for or access via my TV app. When I login to my account on the Web browser, I'm able to find these programmes then add to watch list.

    @Plusnet It’s an extension the wire runs from the master socket under the carpet to it. I’ve tried plugging my nowtv router into it and it does not work. If I join plusnet could I not use the extension one then?
