help my nowtv remote app on my phone wasn’t working and i’ve just realised it’s because i was connected to the wrong box for 30 minutes....FOR 30 MINUTES SOMEONE ELSE HAS HAD THEIR NOWTV DOING **** THEY WERENT CONTROLLING😭😭😭😭

@glyn1002 No worries. I was fishing around and it's nowtv that's the problem according to sky. Checked back to hd and it's fine again now.

@NOWTV just bought a sports day pass and its saying I dont have a membership although I've list received a receipt!!! Pls can you help me as I'd like to watch the game I've just paid for!!!
