Worst thing I’ve done since buying a house is having anything to do with sky. NowTV broadband has been and absolute shambles from the start. Life lessons are expensive.

Why do no apps work on my Samsung Smart TV. First NOWTv stops working due to a firmware issue and I’ve contacted NowTV who say it’s the TV and not them. And now Hayu doesn’t work, just get a black screen. Help @hayu_uk @SamsungUK

Anyone else have problems downloading the @NOWTV app on to their mac? The download for updates doesn't complete no matter how many times I try. All I want to do is watch the latest episode of #succession!

@NOWTV @NOWTVHelp any ideas when broadband services will be back on in most of Warwickshire ? It’s been of since late Friday/early hours Saturday - still no sign of a fix or update ? Issues also with BT, Sky and @TalkTalk
