After giving #nowtv a year to improve, I can confidently say that the quality is just as bad as ever. Generally worse than standard definition. Intermittently unwatchable. Even with the HD Boost. Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon, BBC iPlayer etc. all work perfectly. @NOWHelpTeam @NOW

  • laurasayers3 Laura Jane Cameron (@laurasayers3) reported

Two terrible things about @nowtv 1. I pay for service but still have to watch adverts. 2. Next episodes don't automatically start...

  • jedi_ringo jedi_ringo (@jedi_ringo) reported

@NOWHelpTeam Even worse today for Tottenham vs Liverpool…. Netflix 4K (perfect) , Prime 4K (perfect) , BT 4K (perfect) … NowTV extra cost for 1080p (terrible) the dearest service of the lot and the poorest performer

  • DadsTechSupport David Kirk 😷 (@DadsTechSupport) reported

.@NOW Link in email for Entertainment Pass offer fails every time. New Post button in community takes me to Watch/Home and not to create a new post. I've always had a fairly low opinion of NowTV. This doesn't help. #fail

  • FrecklesFieldo Emma Tetlow (@FrecklesFieldo) reported

@NOWHelpTeam It's not all that long ago that I bought a new NowTV stick from you, and that stick is now broken. It won't play anything, at all. What a waste of my money.

  • theJEG James Guest (@theJEG) reported

Imo @NOWTV has the worst UX of any app I've ever used. Opening a browser to open an electron app. It's just a horrendous idea. Why it felt it had to be different to every other streaming app is a mystery.
