    Ah lovely. First @nowtv release an utterly terrible and barely usable Apple TV app, then they whack up the monthly price, and now they’ve added ads to seemingly everything I watch. Wow you really do want me to cancel, don’t you? Hey @disneyplus you don’t have ads, right?

    NowTV consistently lets me down. Buffering and quality drop outs ALL the time. Service cancelled due to Promising Young Woman being ruined by said issues.

    @NOWTV you have taken money and i cancelled my account, you try to cut costs by making customers problem solve and then hope they give up, im sure this metric is encouraged as the silo that the profits sit in from this behaviour is no doubt lucritive. Provide a number?

    @NOWTV Hey, trying to get a membership going but when I changed my payment method (and I can see a £1 charge went through) it keeps telling me there is a processing error. Can you help?

    @gctsby This is the one I've gone with. As I said, the NowTV option doesn't work for me. I'm impressed at how easy they've made it and how realistic they are about aggregating it to 1 channel on a 31 day roll basis. These people know this "Tour" won't go the distance.

    It's 1am and NowTV is asking me do I want the next Episode of the Rookie, and I have work tomorrow... but I won't sleep because and the read through is tomorrow evening and I don't think my nervous can take it. (Selects next episode because Nathan Fillion will calm me down)

    I love @NOWTV, their entire troubleshooting for their app not working is blaming my fibre to property Internet connection. They suggested I use mobile data. For video streaming. Yeah, no.
