@NOWTV can you please help. I been charged four months worth of Sky Sports, without ever wanting it, it has now cost me £135.96! I bought a Now TV Roku which had a free month of Sky Sports. I have now been offered £33.99 credit to use with Now TV, very upset. Help!

@nowtvhelp I was watching NowTV today and it crashed at 6:20pm. Can't log into my account now "Unable to connect to sign in, please try again later" I was on the Live chat for half an hour then got disconnected from that too. Please help, don't want to miss the match tonight.

@nowtvhelp @michelleruane @NOWTV Hi I am also having problems this morning. Worked fine all last night and can not log into any of my devices. It says login details not recognised. Tried resetting my password but the link wouldn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled all apps but no joy.

@nowtvhelp why is everything I watch on NOWtv buffering . All been fine for 7 days now really tricky to watch anything as buffering all the time . I do not have issues with Netflix or Prime Video ... so not our broadband issues .

@NOWTV I purchased a new subscription yesterday but as usual its buffering and frame freezing. To contact you by phone (your bots don't work either) it costs £6 plus my providers fee. All I am asking for is you to provide the service I paid £9.99 for!
