@nowtvhelp couldn't login to my nowtv account. Been on the live chat that say account has been suspended but can't tell me when or why all they can do is pass it on to another department who will contact me I. The next 48 hours so being denied a service I am paying for

My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV

@nowtvhelp There is but there is no power point near that socket so it’s not possible to connect to the router. I have nowtv for almost 4 years now and had internet this morning so I find it strange that this is now a problem.
