@TeamYouTube Hi the error is fixed. It was caused by one of nowtv's updates. The last nowtv update fixed the error.

@NOWHelpTeam Really not good enough. Renewed yesterday only to find the app doesn’t work on your own technical partner’s platform. Roku stick not a NowTV Roku stick which is an irrelevant distinction anyway.

@NiskaHumans @NOWHelpTeam Do not waste your time trying to get nowtv to sort this. They are not interested. Go straight to your back and tell them someone has fraudulently used your details. Trust me you will just get the run around from now tvs “help” department.

Hi @NOWTV can you sort you're terrible service out, our programes crash every 10 mins while watching them on the smartstick, then everytime I try and report them via your website the live chat crashes too, not great hey!

@NOW hi, my uncle cannot get his NowTV to work on his Roku. When he tries to open it it crashes straight away. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling but the issue has persisted for the last 2 weeks. Any help to solve the problem would be much appreciated, thanks.
