@NOWHelpTeam Hi there. My wifi is down... it’s been about 20 minutes. Everything is plugged in correctly, I followed the steps online to fix the issue but to no avail. Is NowTV having problems? Thanks.

Why is Sky sports Football via NowTV dropping quality so regularly ? I've done all the maintenance, it's not me and it only happens on Prem Football, even on adverts !!! If it's bandwidth sort it out, I'm paying for this.

Is anyone else having problems with #afcb @NOWTV bonus stream? When I click on match bonus stream I get a holding page saying Stoke v Cov at 7pm!!!

@knaggsy097 Just get the NowTV app mate directly on the TV and login. Them boxes have really **** encoding and aren’t worth the hassle. If you use the app directly, it has no problems 👌

@primevideouk No because it was a pointless tweet. Just fix the Prime video app on Nowtv devices. The Prime app needs a seperate 'Watch List ' & ' Continue Watching ' list. The search system is too slow. The search colors of yellow over white is really bad.

@bglendenning @GNev2 I understand your point, but you do do advertisement spots for NowTV which is a way of watching this paywalled content. So do you have a problem with paywalled content or not?
