@HSouthwellFE I once asked a friend at Sky and was genuinely astonished to find out NowTV wasn't some kind of blackop, deliberately kept just barely functional but always awful, to drive sky subscriptions

@NOWHelpTeam 1. my neighbour wants to cancel her subscription to NOWTV, she is not technically able and has asked me to help. She doesn't know her log in for the device and said she spent £24 speaking to you on the phone to get nowhere (I'm not sure about this). Can you advise me

@rachelellenpugh @NOWTV_It @hayu_uk The whole thing is terribly designed no? They have adverts ad we pay to use it, quality is often poor, having to download NOWTV player and open it every time? I don't think.

@ladbible People still use Netflix? Worst streaming service out there since it started focusing on its own crappy teenage content over creating a catologue of movies and shows that nowtv and prime do with abundance

For something priced and marketed as a premium service, the technology behind @NOWTV seems so cheap and lazy. No automatic frame rate switching on Fire TV. Regular dips in stream quality. Doesn't even offer preview thumbnails when FFing or RWing.

Someone please tell me how to fix when your tv actors voices don’t match their lip movements I’ve already turned the audio on and off in settings and left the tv off for 10 mins #nowtv @NOWTV_It

@garius @NOWTV I would just put it in the bin, but on the very rare occasions that there *is* a line problem I need to plug the **** Home Hub back in to get them to agree to fix it, and then swap the working one back once they've gone.

It is impossible to get in touch with a human being at @NOWTV if you're router is broken, which is pretty impressive. It'll only let you talk to a human if there is a line issue. There is no path to a human if there isn't. I'm almost impressed with the low-level evil of it.

@NOWTV Is there a fix yet for getting the NOWTV player running on Windows10? It used to work but then it stopped working. I have been through every help guide I can on this subject but it still does not work... If I open the player, it goes black, then closes.
