@bt_uk I’m a new BT customer and for 3 days straight I have rang your customer service as I cannot access NowTV. No one can help and advises to ring back day after day. Yet you have the capability to send me my first bill which includes NowTV. I’m now regretting coming to you

@NOWTV I don't understand why your player is so bad! Ridiculously slow, terrible app I have to install. Constant buffering, when I switch to desktop it says I've reached my limit so took me ages to switch, its the most expensive AND adverts!!!!

Why is it that my Netflix equipped Sony Bravía TV constantly exits Netflix every time I try to steam a programme. The NowTV box connected to the TV has no such issues, #DumbTV #SonyBravia

@nowtv I have paid the entertianment package and still asking for payment, your chatbot is useless and the comminoty cannot help and no pne in call centre can discuss tv only broadband! What do you suggest as I have been trying 5 days. Thos is ridiculous

@LorianaFirth @ITVX think everyone is having the same issue, their tech team seems to have pushed out an update which has broken the roku app. It also has hit the NowTV stick too.
