@hayu_uk @NOWTV what’s going on with RHOBH? It’s been 4 days now. What’s the point of having this subscription if it doesn’t work. Other new episodes have gone on so why hasn’t RHOBH? I can’t believe you’re not offering some form of help like a temp log in to actual hayu.

@NOWTV trying to watch the NFL on @skysports but the constant buffering and error messages on my BT Box AND NOWTV box make it impossible! When will this be sorted? Very frustrating !! 😡😡😡

@Microbedoc2 @ThreeUK @NOWTV Sky wifi dreadful too. It had always be bad wherever I’ve lived in London. Impossible to work from home. Download speeds okay upload speeds nearly non existent. So can’t do referrals, prescribe etc

Oh god. I’ve discovered an awful cop/‘profiling’ show on NowTV. It’s like a Hannibal Lecter setup but Hannibal is Michael Sheen and Will Graham/Clarice is his son who is ‘crazy’ enough that he has to sleep in restraints. It’s so ******* camp

@NOWTV part 2 now vulnerable customers like me have to make payment of a very high amount to get services back on to work sacrificing priority bills just so they can work to pay anything!

@NOWHelpTeam I've been talking to online chat for an hour to try and solve this and they seem to have no idea how the NowTV platform actually works. I can't log in on multiple computers, why would reinstalling the app help? I don't get the option to type my email address.

@NOW a few days after filling in a NowTV survey where I mention that charging £3 a month for a quality boost is unfair they go and up it to £5 per month. I think @NOW misunderstood who it was unfair on. 1080p should be standard without rinsing customers for an extra fiver

@NOWHelpTeam is there an issue with the TV app? Watched something perfectly fine earlier and now it either crashes as soon as I click on a show or plays the adverts then just gives a blank screen. ipad app working fine #nowtv
