@hayu_uk @NOWTV what’s going on with RHOBH? It’s been 4 days now. What’s the point of having this subscription if it doesn’t work. Other new episodes have gone on so why hasn’t RHOBH? I can’t believe you’re not offering some form of help like a temp log in to actual hayu.

@NOWHelpTeam keep getting this error message (error code ovp 00009 ) when trying to watch content on nowtv stick. Been happening for over 24 hours now. Is there a fix in sight? Is there any compensation in place for the downtime?

@NOWHelpTeam I tried that and it didn’t work. Also tried the app on my phone it couldn’t stream either. It's like NowTV is being blocked, but every other streaming service works just fine.

Anyone know when #nowtv broadband in Kent is expected to be back working? I know they're aware of the issue but would be good to have an idea of how much longer it will take
