@NOWTV trying to watch the NFL on @skysports but the constant buffering and error messages on my BT Box AND NOWTV box make it impossible! When will this be sorted? Very frustrating !! 😡😡😡

@hayu_uk @NOWTV what’s going on with RHOBH? It’s been 4 days now. What’s the point of having this subscription if it doesn’t work. Other new episodes have gone on so why hasn’t RHOBH? I can’t believe you’re not offering some form of help like a temp log in to actual hayu.

I’d have no problem paying to watch F1 races if it didn’t ******* cost me £46 a ******* month. Or *only* £33.99 a Sky Sport Monthly pass on NowTV. I’m not paying £34-46 a ******* month to watch a couple of F1 races, but FOM provide literally no other way to watch em live

@RussInCheshire @AmazonPrime Suspect your internet connection. I have an Amazon fire stick on a tv with a virgin media box. The vm box buffers and loses connection while the fire stick (and nowtv stick) work fine. I only watch Amazon prime stuff through the sticks.

@nowtvhelp It's a Lenovo TAB 4 8 Plus. Issue happens in the NowTV app. I can connect in the web browser. But the web browser does not allow playback. If I select a video in the web browser and click to play it in the app it passes me to the app which immediately disconnects. Every time.

I pay a total amount of £58 a month for live football to @btsport and @NOWTV. Never had issues streaming using these services. Ironically, as an Amazon Prime customer I have bonus of them broadcasting a game not covered. Disappointing @primevideosport

@NOWTV Why can’t I play Nowtv on my iPad, and view it on my tv via the Apple hdmi cable? It’s had me log out and back in, delete the app and re-download. Still comes up with an error. It’s not a smart tv so I can’t put the app directly onto the tv.

@NOWTV Is the silence a “yeah we know it sucks, we know the issues, we know the iPad app doesn’t let You mirror, we know about the 1 star rating on App Store, we know we’ve not updated the app since 2015(?) but we’re not going to address this, so why not buy our own NowTV hardware.”?
