    @MartinSLewis please can you help me? Signed up for a vodaphone Superfast broadband 2 via your www. Existing provider nowtv have refused to release my existing number which has resulted in new provider cancelling fitting today. I am without broadband and phone until 16/12. HELP!

    interesting afternoon trying to resolve a technical problem with talktalk. On message with them from 3.30, now 6.15, did everything I was asked to and last message told me to contact Nowtv, to which we dont' subscibe for help. Anyone can recommend another provider? #talktalk

    @SamsungHelpUK hi, I understand there is a problem which is preventing NowTV app from working on Samsung Smart Monitors such as mine. Is there any update as to when we might expect this to be fixed? It’s really inconvenient it not working given the USP of this product. Thanks

    @LivEchonews we have NowTV owned by sky, we have been down all day! No broadband, an engineer is coming out in the morning, so there is an outage no matter what sky are saying

    @ambervoices i don't know much about nowTV but if you can watch it online and in a browser, i've actually found trying different browsers may be able to bypass the issue - i'd try chrome, firefox, microsoft edge, and internet explorer. if it's okay can we continue this convo in ***?
