@NOWHelpTeam Nowtv cancelled the service because another provider told you they'll be taking over my phone line because their customer is moving to my address. That is totally wrong, noone is moving to my address and it takes you 2 weeks to reconnect my broadband. That's terrible

@NOWTV charge me £8.99 for a day pass with the promise of a "free 6 month mobile pass that will renew monthly after". Of course I took them up on that offer. My mobile pass has not worked for 3 months. Repeatedly I contacted customer support for a fix. 1/2

@NOWTV I’m having big issues with my new account. I’ve been billed for a cinema pass when trying to install the app on my TV (it said it was a free 7 day trial). I cancelled it immediately. Now being told I signed up for it alongside Ents & I didn’t! It’s two diff sign up times.
