@NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly lady alone without support. Helplines are inept!

@NOWTV what an absolute shambles, changed provider over a week ago, no phone since, error message you do not have this service on your phone. Quick enough to take payment for it. Tried to resolve it then the broadband went down, felt as if you complain they pull the plug

@NOWTV have to be one of the worst ISP’s I’ve encountered, consistently **** service. I can’t pin it all on them most ISP’s I’ve dealt with professionally and personally have been shite, thinking of just binning off the internet.

@mr_n_poos Just seeing this after my issues in March of this year saying Eurosport was going and forcing me to NOWTV. Can I ask how you got the Feb 2021 date for it being removed as no one in BT will tell me when and I feel I’ve had the wool pulled over my eyes for the last 9 months. Thanks
