@NOWTV In the past month or so it’s dipped offline a few times which has made working from home more difficult- no issues spotted on service status. I want to swap from brill broadband to fab fibre - but is the fav fibre deal (£24/12mths) only for new customers?

@Tinkz_25 I do apologise for the mix up in makes of TV's You won't be able to use the inbuilt Internet browser on your Toshiba television to watch NowTV, where only Windows or Mac PC's / Laptops will work on the NowTV website using the NowTV player software.

@NOWTV Hello, we're having issues with our broadband not reaching the DNS server every couple of minutes. We've restarted, unplugged etc., but still having problems. Where can we get support for this?

Look out for emails from the Accessibility Team. Emails are received on that case number. Some @NOWTV staff sending emails from the Accessibility Case number tells me to contact the accessibility team on the site. Round in circles. No help from the Accessibility team @nowtvhelp .
