@Nowtv @NOWTVSport Why isn't your app working? Consistently crashing. Trying to watch Raiders v Chiefs. Same problem as Scotland v Israel other night.

@WasOnceLoved @NOWTV I had the same issues, I was a Sky subscriber but I cannot get a signal anymore so tried now TV. Could not get it to work on the Apple TV app so had to get the dongle in the end.

@jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

@NOWHelpTeam Free practice 1 has begun at the Mexico Grand Prix and I STILL cannot use my NowTV account to watch it. As well as fixing the problem what sort of refund will I be getting?

@NOWHelpTeam Nowtv cancelled the service because another provider told you they'll be taking over my phone line because their customer is moving to my address. That is totally wrong, noone is moving to my address and it takes you 2 weeks to reconnect my broadband. That's terrible

At #Nowtv how can I cancel the contract I took out for my Dad,I managed to cancel his Sky Sports and Entertainment package,he passed away 9/8/21 but you are still taking £18:00 a month from my bank with next payment due 3/11/21.Help please as App is no use
