    @NOWHelpTeam My card was compromised. They bought nowtv. My card was changed and yet you continued taking payments. It’s called fraud, and worse still, like this, you won’t talk to anyone! How do you resolve that issue in customer support with speaking ?

    @NOWHelpTeam can someone help please? I have a subscription through my Vodafone account and my plan is coming to an end and I no longer want NowTV I’ve tried to cancel but it says to do this through Vodafone and they said they can’t do this, it needs to be done by yourselves

    @NOWHelpTeam Other apps are fine, it's just video streams from nowtv that seem to lack quality. Even at the highest it seems to go, it seems the bitrate is really low, and when it's bad (which it really was for F1 when it kept lowering the quality) it looks like 480p or worse.

    @knaggsy097 Just get the NowTV app mate directly on the TV and login. Them boxes have really **** encoding and aren’t worth the hassle. If you use the app directly, it has no problems 👌

    @zenbuffy @disneyplus bit nuts ye, netflix nowtv and tg4 apps work fine on lg. but disney and rte are flakey

    Anyone else using @NOWTV app not able to cast at the minute? Never had an issue before but it just isn't bring up the option to cast. And I can cast from all my other apps.

    @LCrowleyHolland @SkyIreland @NOWTV_It I've just cancelled NOWTV have endless issues with reception at our property. Also not showing the particular series I signed up for.

    @NOW Not for the NowTV stick you can’t! All the ones on amazon only work for the box. Or you can get a remote with a stick but I already have the stick.
