    @trouteyes BBC iPlayer also has the worst interface of all the streaming services, and I include NowTV in that list.

    @NOWTV where is the telephone help number?? Going round and round in circles, the broadband not working so need to speak to someone. I can't work without it.

    @AJRoach @skytv @netflix I've had numerous issues with All4, especially on content that goes out on a Friday night. Subtitles have often not appeared until the Monday when, presumably, everyone's back in the office. It's not hard to make sure AD and CC's are included. NowTV are awful for this as well.

    @OpenreachHelp Hello, I have an issue with NOWTV who won't proccess an ORDI request with Openreach. My house changed name a few years ago and I need to get this updated on the Openreach database. However my ISP (Nowtv) seem unwilling to help or don't know what to do. Can you help?

    So if i put in a formal complaint & #Nowtv fixes the ui for disabled customers then what was the point of #Nowtv stating for months that they wont fix the ui for disabled customers. @Ofcom Why are companies allowed to treat disabled customers like that.

    Well today’s the day....will @WeAreOpenreach turn up to fix my broadband. Now on day 15 of total loss of service. Failed to turn up twice already. Any ideas @NOWTV @nowtvhelp diabolical communication and customer service. Already feeling like my family will be let down again
