    @NOWTV what’s going on with the subtitles for loads of your shows? True Detective (all seasons) ten or more seconds out of sync! Across multiple devices and even downloaded shows. Is this a known issue?

    @NOWTV it has been weeks now and the subtitles for The Pitt are still out of sync @HBOMax_UK can you help? I’m on episode 3 of series 1 and have had to stop because of this. It shouldn’t be this hard to provide access to all watchers.

    @cromaretail Bought a Samsung TV in May 23 with 1+2 yrs warranty from Croma. In March 26, the M board was replaced due to a fault. NowTV is out oforder again.Extremely disappointing product quality from Samsung. Resolve urgently, I’ll escalate and share my experience on s medias

    Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.
