Hi @NOWTV can you sort you're terrible service out, our programes crash every 10 mins while watching them on the smartstick, then everytime I try and report them via your website the live chat crashes too, not great hey!

@4Viewers @williamseivwrig Yeah we use the app on the LG smart TV, firestick AND nowTV, and it’s the same across every device I’ve ever tried watching on, regularly cuts out after an ad break for us, then you have to start again and rewatch the adverts when fast forwarding back to where you were. Awful

@NOWTV have just nicked £33.99 out of my account a month after me cancelling. Then the bloke on the live chat goes missing after I ask about it. Awful company

If you're having trouble with the new @NOWTV app on the @Roku Streaming Stick, try disabling your DNS-based blocking (such as @The_Pi_Hole). The new version of the app makes a blocking call to a Doubleclick URL that most lists filter out.

Nowtv help, after sending screenshots of charges to my account the last response I had was asking do I have any other accounts which I have already confirmed the ones I have, it also said in the email end resolution was goodbye, so you take 180 pounds from my account for last

@Zobyismyname Not just generational. Quite often my parents stream now (Netflix, Prime, NowTV), unless Sunday evening drama and some sport. Accounts for over half their viewing. BBC error has been not adapting to new trends, limiting back catalogue and expiring shows too soon.

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, having broadband issues in SK6. Hub green light is on but virtually no internet. Did a technical check on the NowTV site and it says it recognises there’s an issue with the line but can’t diagnose it. Is this a wider area issue?
