  @NOWTV my parents cannot stream any films on the Disney+ app. Buffers then says timed out. Stick is up to date and have reinstalled the app. Any help would be appreciated.

  @NOWTV we repeatedly get a message saying says "unable to connect to sign in, please try later" when trying to sign in on any web browser. Are there problems with the site currently? Thank you

  @NOWTV Yes, the pattern is that it starts working after an update and then the setting for Local Network access gets messed up and you can't cast I know what to do but my point is your app should be smart enough to avoid this or at the very least flag the issue (ie lost local network)

  @NOWTV Havent had internet for days now...was told it was a definitely a router problem so they sent a new router..router setup, still the same issue, apparently now it's a problem with the line. What changed??? No one touched anything...myself and wife have not been able to work
