@NOWTV #CustomerService are useless and unhelpful. They send me an email to say I can watch sky sports free on the mobile app for 4 months, It won't let me watch it without asking me to pay for a pass.Their twitter people are totally unhelpful in resolving the issue. 😤😡 #NowTV

@NOWTV I have a Problem with my NOWTV App through BT RE: DEVICES I'm unable to watch my Subscription channels Through either my TV or cast from my mobile phone ,This has happened lots of times the last time on Tuesday. I Had a online chat with Nowtv and it took 5 mins to fix.

Has anyone written an article yet about just why NowTV is so terrible compared to its competitors? What constraints are they working with that mean they can't just work normally in a browser like Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney+ et al?

@nowtvhelp Hi, I want to cancel a nowtv pass, to do so I need to log into my account. I can’t remember my password but when I request a password reset I don’t get the email allowing me to do so. Therefore I can’t log in to cancel the pass. Can you help please?
