@virginmedia There is one thing... the picture quality on Sky Sports, which we've just added to our bundle, is terrible. Worse than NowTV we were using before. A new box is being sent out anyway (ours is 3 years old) - is that likely to improve things?

@NOWTV I have the entertainment package, and I access it via the playstation app. It is the same for all content, varies in severity from day to day, yesterday was particularly bad, some days its more sporadic, but its been a problem for a very long time.

@NOWTV are you serious. You’re having technical problems. They then somehow fix themselves. I sign into my account pay for sky day pass and get all the way to viewing in the app on the laptop and you say no VPN. I live in Indonesia and have all accounts in UK. What ********!
