Tony Barrington-Hill (@tonybh53) reported@NOWTV HD channels are breaking up. Tried retuning the channels on two boxes and they have completely disappeared. All none HD channels work perfectly. As stated earlier HD channels direct to TV work perfectly, problem is only when using Nowtv. Full fibre at 300mbs?

Rather unhelpfully, I can't set my own DNS IP address on my router as you've locked users out from that setting, so I'm stuck waiting for you to fix it. Please hurry up, it's rather frustrating. Tier 4 sucks already!
