You know what? NowTV is just the worst. The Now TV Amazon app sucks *****. You can only watch using their app (no browser, due to reliance on Silverlight). And they charge the same as everyone else. You can't queue videos. And to top it off, as of today, UNSKIPPABLE ADS!

Hi there @NowTV... As your website login form has a field for "email address or username", maybe you could accept either my email address *or* my username in there when I try to login? Otherwise, just pick one and ask for that. It really is a UX nightmare as it is

@NOWHelpTeam I have tried various browsers ranging from chrome, firefox & edge including the nowtv android app. I have already posted a screenshot of the error message in my previous communication. 'unable to sign you in, please try again later'
