Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

Tony (@TonyB_1997) reported@SilverAscend @LeoKearse If BBC iPlayer and NOWTV can figure out you are on a VPN then I’m fairly sure it’s possible for the ISPs to block access to the VPN servers completely, regardless of protocol. Sure, it’s whack-a-mole, but they don’t need it to be perfect to be effective.

Charlie Vanstone (@iamcvanstone) reported@PlanFluor @NOWTV @SkySportsF1 I’ve gone down that route, it’s completely fine. I’m not the only one dealing with this issue. It’s a known issue with NowTV. Otherwise, my internet works fine and other tv providers and live works fine.

E S25OWL 🦉 (@davo33uk) reported@lyncey_gilbe @skytv They have a special Bereavement team who was amazing and when my dad died mum had same problem .. they sorted it all out and within her price budget - if not cancel and use nowtv and you can just say can’t afford PAYG and they offer you like £1.99 a month for basically £19.99 sky
