@NOWTV There was no subtitles available for The Kitchen. Other shows, the subtitles might show up, lag then drop out. I remember Succession was the last drama I watched and that had issues. Perry Mason was another that was particularly annoying. My sister couldn't follow that one at all

@nowtvhelp I've tried everything. I cannot login to Nowtv which means I cannot watch anything and I cannot cancel. This has been the case for a year.

@claudelittner @BuyCarParts @GLS_Germany Can't get the staff nowadays Claude. I was as frustrated at NOWTV for their ploy to get people to pay for a better quality picture. So they fuzzed the picture, watching the football the players were blurred you couldn't see who was on the ball. Yet adbreaks were crystal clear😤

@nowtvhelp I am having issues because @nowtv purposely make it difficult to cancel in the hope you can take some extra money from people. There should be an option to cancel on your account through simply clicking a "Cancel" button like you can do with any other service such as Netflix.
