    The utter incompetence of @NOWTV broadband who can't even get their own phones to work, let alone my internet. They're run by Sky but can't match a Sky deal and can't answer what happens to my phone number and contract if copper wires stop while i'm in a contract with them...

    @NOWTVHelp I have just subscribed to NowTV to watch the F1 but have been unable to watch the practice session due to glitching and freezing every few seconds. Very disappointed and wont be paying £30pm for this terrible quality!. Tried to do an online chat but that doesn’t work

    Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

    i pay so much money for nowtv and they dont have any 'next programme start delayed' graphics??? put me in the broadcast room and ill fix it

    And before anyone from NowTV says "check your connection", its not the 1gb internet line, its literally your **** service. I wouldn't get a nowtv page saying "our technicians are looking in to the issue" on screen, if it was my internet...
