  @nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕

  @NOWTV hello! using the streaming app on my laptop. My internet connection isn’t the greatest, but it keeps glitching a bit too much/there’s nothing I can do to adjust picture quality which is mostly grainy. Don’t have this problem usually.

  @NOWTV We are on an LG oled tv. We never had significant issues before until this week. It’s unusable and all the while Netflix and Disney plus are perfect so it is not a WiFi / broadband issue here

  @NOWTV My Sky Sports Mobile pass is NOT working on my mobile. Was working last week. Is saying that I need to purchase a pass but when I login online it says my pass is activated! POOR POOR service!

  @NOWTV When are the new episodes of Catfish Season 8 being added? Earlier this week, your website said new eps were coming on Dec 26th - but no new eps have been added, and there's no indication as to when they're coming! I need my @CatfishMTV fix please :)

  @unrulyupstart @NOWTV Now tv isn't working at all, hasn't since last night. No-one can sign in but they won't so anything to help. Very infruriating.
