    how long does the average @NOWTV black box last? Cause its started displaying error with player on the screen? But only when I've got sky sports on & I have to reload the program again

    @NOWTV Is your 'Chat online' option not working? Nothing happens when I click this option Issue: Prime Video app will not open 95% of the time when using Now TV stick - says there are connection problems. There are not and all other apps are opening.

    Is there a problem with @NOWTV can’t watch anything on it and the apps won’t work either. Just buffering or coming up with error messages

    @NOWTV Yes I’ve done that, and it still isn’t working when I’ve reinstalled and tried to sign in... or to sign into the website, literally just bought a pass this morning

    @nowtv @nowtvhelp Why are your chat assistants not very good? Don't you train them properly? Twice now they've followed the script, "yes you have a pass, you get the following, that's not working, OK uninstall & reinstall, try again." Then chat goes dead. @VodafoneUK poor swap!

    @NOWTV Are your servers all running ok. I've tried signing in on multiple browsers but get "Unable to connect to sign in, please try again later"
