    @maryepworth Nowtv have always been the worst for it, Amazon prime have started getting bad for it too buying series cheap without cc’s. It does my head in. They don’t give a damn and they’re not held accountable for it.

    @paulbennett2018 @NOWTV Hmm.....I was just going to switch broadband to them but unable to sign in to the account. Well, I'm starting to look again for a broadband

    @nowtv how come a broadband service provides such a bad customer service? How can they fail at installing broadband in time and not give us any sort of solution in the next 48 hours? Worst experience ever.

    @millyjnorman I'm not with BT, that's the problem they have the default lines for most companies. A lot of people don't realise so if you're with Nowtv, Sky etc & have bad upload speed etc. it BTs lines that are usually the problem. You've to go to independently laid lines to get better.

    @NOWTV part 2 now vulnerable customers like me have to make payment of a very high amount to get services back on to work sacrificing priority bills just so they can work to pay anything!

    @NOWTV Broadband.I’ve signed up with you guys and i am already disappointed! Signed up with you guys, your Engineers came to my house to sort the line out, i call in to activate line , i am told further work needs to be done on the line. Couldn’t the engineer fix it then ?
