    @CraigGrannell @seanjonesqc Another vote for Apple TV. Bought one a year ago and with the exception of the NowTV app which has somehow got worse (a Now issue, not Apple) it's sublime. No need for Sky or Virgin.

    @sargent65 I've been watching a lot of films with the volume turned down coz of sleeping baby and some of the subtitles are terrible! NowTV is especially bad. Netflix 👍🏻

    @NOWTV Hopefully, our date for getting Wi-fi has been delayed by 30+days, and we cannot work (keyworkers) and loosing money...

    @NOWTV Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Cancelled my internet subscription. Ordered middle of November for activation on 18th of December. Activation date pushed back to 29th of January for no reason. Spoke to 6 or 7 different advisers, no updates

    @NOWTV My card was copied so it got cancelled by the bank. I missed my payment as a result. Received an email on Sunday from you to say in 2 weeks my account would be closed. It was closed yesterday, and as I work there's no one on chat. I have now added my new card. Any help welcome.

    @NOWTV My internet has stopped working from 1pm today and is still not back on. Called customer service earlier but they couldn’t help. The router is saying connected but can’t stream or access internet on any of our devices. I’ve switched off router and reset but still nothing
