@Lou11356780 We chose not to have a TV license a few years ago as we found we would get better quality content by investing the money that had gone into the our TV license fee into Netflix, Prime Video and NowTV. All 3 for the same price.

And the gall from the Voda advisor to ask me to contact my previous ISP NowTv to release my landline number-who’s advisor kept reps eating like parrot ‘it’s with BT’, Voda, it should be your job to do this, you made the error! Not me! I expect a resolution by next week, or else👋

@NOWTV Paid for a one day pass, on lap tap and two smart Tvs got to point of play, repeated error message : "something went wrong" had to watch on mobile phone. Wasted money.

@NOWTV Your app is terrible on our smart TV, freezing no audio and most times won't open, all other apps @netflix @AmazonPrime #itvhub all work fine. Contacted your support and they advise to buy a Now Stick...thanks!
