    @NOWTV Yes I’ve done that, and it still isn’t working when I’ve reinstalled and tried to sign in... or to sign into the website, literally just bought a pass this morning

    @NOWTV Is your 'Chat online' option not working? Nothing happens when I click this option Issue: Prime Video app will not open 95% of the time when using Now TV stick - says there are connection problems. There are not and all other apps are opening.

    @NOWTV I'm sure you can email an internal email address with the case number 08446537. You don't need security clearance to do that. Just another example of the organisation not being prepared to help or even type an email

    @NOWTV Streaming quality is abysmal. Even with the added boost pass at £3p/m. Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet were looking like Minecraft characters. Ended up renting on prime.. guess what amazing quality. No internet issues whatsoever.

    @NOWTV bought a sky sports mobile pass and not working in my account. Also then bought a sports day pass, also not working! You’ve took £15 off me basically. Someone please contact me to fix this or send my money back!
