@NOWTV I need some help. I renewed cinema using the apple subscription and it hasn’t worked. Your support team don’t seem to care. Any help would be great.

Nowtv on is currently appalling experience on desktop. Play a show for 2 minutes and a laptop sounds like it’s going to take flight. Sooooo frustrating given the price especially when it has all the best shows😩 Worst usability in the gameeeee

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, I have NowTv Broadband and for the past week it has been extremely slow. It takes a few minutes to load a page, that's if it even loads it. I have restarted it multiple times but it doesn't really help. Can you please help?

@NOWTV I bought and paid for a day pass for todays arsenal game, i only get to watch one every month or two because of the hours I work, I've now had to spend over 45 mins on your customer support live chat as it won't stream on my TV and I've missed over half the game so far.

@EmilyThornberry £157 is costly especially when ads on iplayer could help fund the BBC. Sky news/nowtv are very good & given how we stream, curate and consume telly nowadays it’s no longer sustainable to keep taxing and criminalising the public for the privilege of owning a Telly.
