    @NOWTV have just nicked £33.99 out of my account a month after me cancelling. Then the bloke on the live chat goes missing after I ask about it. Awful company

    @kirstees_world @NOWTV We cannot find a way to cancel NowTv can anyone help as it seems impossible almost to get in touch with them. A number of people have complained about this on facebook also.

    @NOWTV are scammers. They don't tell you they're going to charge you for two separate services clearly enough for disabled people. Tried to talk to "customer services" (in quotes I wouldn't call it a service) and had no help with the refund. Can't charge back either on PayPal!

    If you're having trouble with the new @NOWTV app on the @Roku Streaming Stick, try disabling your DNS-based blocking (such as @The_Pi_Hole). The new version of the app makes a blocking call to a Doubleclick URL that most lists filter out.

    @NOWTV hi! Please please can you help? I cancelled my membership today but have just realised you have already taken payment for the next month. I have not used it today. Please can you refund this month and cancel immediately?

    @NOWHelpTeam Really not good enough. Renewed yesterday only to find the app doesn’t work on your own technical partner’s platform. Roku stick not a NowTV Roku stick which is an irrelevant distinction anyway.

    @NOWHelpTeam @philip_tudor While this issue exists, how about extending the amount of devices you can watch Nowtv on so that people can watch it on another device without the faff of juggling devices?
