@NOWHelpTeam is the appletv app being updated? My dads just paid a sports subscription in time for PLseason, but can’t watch, he selects old yellow&pink nowtv logo on his screen it says “NowTV is unavailable. Try again later” He can’t watch the football on a phone, please help

@Miriam11180064 Oh no that’s the worst! I’m sorry!! Let’s see I’ve mostly been watching Chinese fantasy on Netflix recently (aka word of honour, the untamed), but also enjoyed French heist show Lupin, and nowtv’s supernatural comedy Wellington Paranormal which is what we do in the shadows vibes

@Lisa7Pettifer Left Sky years ago after an argument over a broken box. Have NowTV which I’ve NEVER paid full price for. Go to cancel and they give me an offer. Got Netflix and Prime too. Always loads to watch :)

Sorting NowTV broadband & TV out for mam >100 miles away & everything was absolutely fine until #VerifiedByVISA pops up to **** everything up. It's sent a code to a mobile number which nobody recognises! \o/ There's no way to fix! \o/ She'll be left with no phone OR internet.

Fell hook line and sinker for a @NOWTV offer of sky sports for the next 10 months (for the EPL season). Made a schoolboy error of not checking reviews beforehand and within a day the utterly shocking streaming quality became blindingly obvious. Live and learn :(
