  • RhianBaxter Rhian Ferguson (@RhianBaxter) reported

@NOWTV no broadband connection since 3pm. When majority of customers are relying on connection to work from this is unacceptable. Update required please.

  • SarahSallyRobe1 Sarah Sally Roberts💙💙💙 (@SarahSallyRobe1) reported from Startforth, England

Why is @NOWTV so totally unusable? Trying to watch the #FRIENDSREUNION it will not allow me to rewind 2 seconds to rewatch a cherished moment without rewinding to the beginning. #infuriating. Is it on DVD?!?😡😡😡😡

  • loopysdad Jay G (@loopysdad) reported

@SteveDoherty1 @SkyUK NowTV passes bought on AppleTV or through iTunes are only usable on Apple device(s) :( You can try & ask Apple to refund but for the price it’s easier to just buy a new pass for the TV - or get a family member to use theirs to login ;)

  • CoodDoBettr Could Do Better (@CoodDoBettr) reported

Recording Fringe Series on @NOWtv, on @bt_uk PVR box @SyfyUK All recent episodes record between 46band 57 minutes (partially recorded), so cannot watch any of them. Could any of you fix this>

  • Notarobotanymor Katie Black (@Notarobotanymor) reported

I love @NOWTV, their entire troubleshooting for their app not working is blaming my fibre to property Internet connection. They suggested I use mobile data. For video streaming. Yeah, no.

  • tippleroils Jack Tippler (@tippleroils) reported

@NOWHelpTeam I've been talking to online chat for an hour to try and solve this and they seem to have no idea how the NowTV platform actually works. I can't log in on multiple computers, why would reinstalling the app help? I don't get the option to type my email address.

  • MrAdamR Mr Adam R (@MrAdamR) reported

Which streaming service has the worst user interface and why is it NOWTV?

  • pageantmalarkey Elise But Better (@pageantmalarkey) reported

@nowtv hi there! Pretty sure you’re breaking some @Ofcom codes for not fixing a known fault/bug with repeated “verify your account” emails that can’t be resolved after sign up. The issue goes back to 2018 on your forums. Do I need to make a formal complaint to get you to fix it?

  • Drogba2001Ogba ogba (@Drogba2001Ogba) reported

@NOWTV Hello. My Internet keeps fluctuating, which can be very frustrating when trying to watch movie or do some work online. Please kindly help resolve this. Thanks

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, No. When I call, there's an automated message which says NowTv is aware of the issue. Should I still call through anyway?
