    @onlytruejosh That would be great, issue is though that BritBox is not currently part of the TV channels offering so I don’t see it happening. But yea a subscribe to TV+ and get BritBox and NowTV for £9.99 per month would be very compelling.

    @itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, i can only think of probably NowTV or an Iptv service.

    @NOWTV Your website is shockingly awful. Your website doesn’t submit complaint forms, an error message always appears. Not very good customer service at all

    NowTV or whatever we're calling it now was designed by a madman in 2012 and then he left and no other staff have been hired to work on the website, app, or player since. That's the only reason I can find for it being so unusable for it's human users.

    @NOWTV now just taking the pish. Finishing the few series I'm watching before ditching it, start a programme and have to suffer bunch of inane laugter at how stupid we are paying a subscription to avoid adverts with that god awful @McDonalds advert.

    @BBCWomansHour had exact experience with Curry’s and NOWTV — only Twitter to customer service worked to resolve issues. It’s now my go-to solution.

    @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv hub just isn’t connecting/providing internet connection. it’s been up and down ever since we came to nowtv for our internet and i’ve had enough of it. i’m constantly turning it off and back on again, nothing seems to work.

    @DiscoveryUK @discoveryplusUK Hello. What's going on with Discovery channel being pulled from NowTV / BT TV? Also, I'm unable to install your app from the Google Play Store, it's giving me errors and promoting me to report you to Google (I haven't yet).

    I can’t watch Netflix,Disney+,Sky on NowTv. I’m facing some intermittent problems, can’t even watch YouTube either. Everyone else having the same?
