    @NOWHelpTeam nah seriously. I have to ignore your responses for at least 5minutes but on another serious note thanks for the free fixing of my telephone socket in my house and I am literally going to go out of my way to make sure everyone knows that NOWTV Broadband is the worst

    @NOWHelpTeam "There was a problem with your payment details. Your payment details could not be authorised. Please check your card details or try a different card" Still not able to update. The card is find, I've checked with #Santander. Please explain why I can't update? #nowtv

    @NOWHelpTeam @NOWHelpTeam @now Useless. Asked me to enter my house number as 005 and re-enter my new card details, then cut me off. I've been with #NowTv for a while now and the house number on the account has always been 5. You have not been of any help whatsoever.

    @NOWTV After repeated requested for support. No recompense for poor quality service or loss of broadcasting. I have cancelled my subscription. Utterly appalling customer service.
