  @NOWTV @nowtvhelp whenever I try to set up my account it says "Oops, that didn't go to plan..." This has happened on several devices I used to set it up. Any help would be good.

  .@NOWTV trying to set up a free trial and it's saying the email address is already registered. Have tried to sign in with a new password and keeps saying same thing. Have input card details twice. Can you help please?

  @plusnethelp having problems with home wifi. Having to switch to phone mobile data at home, as wifi is not reliable. Struggling to watch prime, nowtv and netflix due to buffering. Waiting to speak to customer service, but no idea how much longer I will be kept waiting. Help!

  Another day another Now TV (Sky) broadband outage all day. The 16th had an all day outage. Yesterday there was an outage. I've literally lost count of how many drops and outages there's been this year. Every day it drops and doesn't work for ages. #NowTV #SkyBroadband

  @SkyUK Still no refund from NOWTV promised to me for 2 services I never asked for - &3 & £9.99 for monthly pass and boost for both December and January. And I really need to £s because there is no work in my sector due to Covid! NOWTV do the right thing and refund me £25.98 NOW

  @NOWTV I tried using Edge browser = Chat apparently has connection problems (no problem at my end) Can you just tell me why the Prime app on the Now TV stick is having issues with opening (telling me there's connection problems but there's no problem at my end or with any other app
