@onlytruejosh That would be great, issue is though that BritBox is not currently part of the TV channels offering so I don’t see it happening. But yea a subscribe to TV+ and get BritBox and NowTV for £9.99 per month would be very compelling.

@NOWTV It was the now tv stick, i have sorted the issue by resetting the device, the films have no price on them so i assume there free?

@MimiJ9 @nowtvhelp The Nowtv update that removed the seperate Nowtv app also causes connection errors. The new UI is useless for some disabled customers.

@NOWTV once you get nowtv what are the different ways to access on smart TV? is there an app on certain TV appstore? If we can't access the app, is there a Web login to use as alternative? Just checking my TV is compatible

The new nowtv update that removed the seperate Nowtv app is worse for some disabled customers. Its UI is the worst. @NOWTV @nowtvhelp . Don't reply to this with ' i'm sorry you feel like that ' etc.

@NOWTV I’ve bought a sky sports day pass but it’s not letting me watch the game on the mobile app. An error message pops up saying I need to purchase a pass. My account even says the pass is active

@NOWTV It just told us to try again later after spending a long time loading. The internet was fine and it did work an hour later but I can’t understand what happened

@MattMorris7_ @Valley_Pass £10 a game is such a rip-offf, there are issues every week. You can get a NowTV day pass for the same amount - a whole day of Sky-standard coverage (and if the service was like this I'd be demanding my money back!)
