@nowtvhelp @michelleruane @NOWTV Hi I am also having problems this morning. Worked fine all last night and can not log into any of my devices. It says login details not recognised. Tried resetting my password but the link wouldn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled all apps but no joy.

@virginmedia My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV

@nowtvhelp I was watching NowTV today and it crashed at 6:20pm. Can't log into my account now "Unable to connect to sign in, please try again later" I was on the Live chat for half an hour then got disconnected from that too. Please help, don't want to miss the match tonight.

@virginmedia All Broadband is down in my area, which is acknowledged on your website with an estimated fix time of 2pm tomorrow. Being that I have paid for NowTV to watch the football and cannot because of your service failing, what compensation can you offer me?

@nowtv ive been issued a refund fro yourselves but your saying the last four digit of my payment card doesn't match and I've just checked & my payments card hasn't changed!? Help!
