Angie (@CBallHitBallRun) reported@Bleasedog @NOWTV Have you googled the issue? Last time I had an unfathomable problem it was bc the service was not compatible with my TV and caused problems. It was Disney+ and LG televisions. They just don’t like each other!

Ciaran (@_CiaranF) reported@NOWTV All the call center has offered is to restart my contract, leaving me without internet for 2 weeks - a thing which I need for my job. It also doesn't address the core issue that someone is able to cancel my internet just by typing my address into some other ISP's signup form.

Rik (@thoughtcat) reported@SoozUK @NOWTV Mine occasionally disappears across apps. Last night all my TV apps randomly decided not to cast, with an unexplained error. Then today it’s fine again. None of this is helpful, but hopefully you won’t feel so alone in this dystopian TV hell.
