What’s with @All4 app just NOT working. Same problem over and over again on both NowTV and Amazon firestick. Just doesn’t PLAY. Don’t have this problem with any other app. Basic functionality too much for All4?it’s like it using a f**king babbage. Just wanna watch some TV...

@NOWTV can you help i started the sport monthly pass on now tv last month and for some reason its getting took from my bank every 2 weeks instead of every month it got paid again today and it says its getting took out again on the 24th January can you help resolve this please

@nowtvhelp Need a little bit of help, calling on anyone that has technical knowledge. I am needing to allow port forwarding on my nowtv internet (router) so it will allow me to remotely access my cctv cameras but I’ve no idea how to do it Can you help please?

@NOWTV your service has deteriorated so all streaming is badly affected and all devices using WiFi are badly affected. No way to contact you. Your line test feature won't work .no agents on live chat available. Done all the end user stuff to reset. Still useless . Help!!! Wfh !

@NOWTV Thank you, Mubashira assisted me excellently, GREAT service from them (I must state though, this was after Rachel didn't want to seem to help me with the issue at all, she was terrible customer service and then I was apparently "cut off")
